Do NOT go here. They've messed up my orders many times and customer service is horrible, but last week took the cake. They stole my money.
Until last week, I ordered here nearly every day. On August 5, I placed an order through the app. I arrived, told the app I was there and paid, and a woman came out to tell me that the ice cream machine was "broken". (Anyone who knows anyone who has worked at a McDonald's knows that what that really means is that they just don't want to clean the machine right now.) She suggested that they substitute a lower-priced item for my shake. I refused and said I wanted to cancel and that I'd reorder without the shake. However, when I tried to cancel, the app wouldn't LET me cancel; it said I'd already collected the order. The woman who had come out insisted, "no, I KNOW you can cancel, YOU have to do it." I tried to explain that it wouldn't let me cancel because that it said I'd already collected the order. She repeated the same thing. I tried to show her in the app, and she backed away, shaking her head, and refused to believe me. I gave up and left with nothing because I was going to be late to work.
I tried emailing them through the app that day. It's been just over a week, and they have yet to reply.
So. These lovely people took my money, and I was given nothing. They refuse to answer my emails. I will probably have to go to the bank to dispute their charge. I am furious and will never order here again.
Want more reasons to not go here? Very few of the people who work there wear their masks properly. Most wear them under their noses. I understand how miserable it is to work with a mask on all day -- I have to do the same thing, and my job has me cleaning up after animals and sweating all day -- but you HAVE to wear it properly to keep customers safe, especially in food service....

I went in there today May 17th between 1pm - 1:36pm. Placed my order then run my card transaction was declined, I was shocked so naturally made a call inquired and was told the card has no issues. So I went to my car got another card from another bank and that too was declined. I asked Miriam the cashier if maybe there was a problem with their chip reader she told me rudely all the other customers used their cards and it works perfectly fine its only your cards. Mind you there were people right behind me, she did not care how embarrassing that was for me as a customer. A customer comes and mentions that he also had the same problem that made Miriam scared especially after she lied they haven't experienced any problems. Then Yarda steps in with intent to help or so I thought, my cards once more were declined she shrugs her hand and tells me speak to your bank, i told her this has nothing to do with the bank your chip reader is malfunctioning and she should get training on customer service. At this point I was so furious a customer steps in and says I will pay for it just run my card. He runs his card it is was declined so I laugh and then customer suggest why not use the chip reader by the drive through she goes to the drive through and guess what my card that she said I should call my bank and embarrased me made me look stupid actually works. Read moreWas on M.I. for a meeting. Worked through lunch so I decided to stop by for a quick lunch before heading south.
Drive thru had a long line so I went in to order - good choice as it was empty inside. Must have just missed the lunch crowd.
It was a bit strange inside as it looked like they were just moving in or just getting ready to move out.
Staff focus was definitely on the drive thru, but within a few minutes the gal came over and took my order - the #7 two cheeseburger meal.
I knew I had a few minutes for my order to come so I zipped off to use the facilities as I had a bit of a drive ahead of me.
The men's room was clean but not fully functioning. There are two sinks to wash hands and two hot air dryers.
One sink was out of order as was one of the dryers. Thoroughly washed my hands and went to use the 'working' dryer.
Pressed the button and the hot air came rushing out...only to stop when I released the button. Hmmm...must not have pressed it long enough. Tried three more times expecting different results. Nope!
Scanned the room for paper towels. Nope!
With clean, but dripping hands I made my way back over to the dryer where I used my shoulder to keep the button pressed so I could dry my hands. Was glad no one walked in while I was doing it as it was not the best look for me in that awkward position.
Finally made it out and there was a bit of a line now. A construction crew had finished some work next door and were grabbing a quick meal.
Finally got my order and headed out to my car.
Staff was very friendly and professional - kudos to them. Meal was good.
