Very disappointed. I've never been treated so rudely by dealers of art in my years of collecting. I was quoted one price and when I questioned whether it was correct or not, the gentleman snapped at me and stated "they weren't that kind of business ", and walked away from me. I was made to feel stupid for even asking such a thing. I'm not sure where that came from, or what that even means, but I was simply asking a question for clarity. I drove an hour to buy a beautiful item, I wasn't a tire kicker or wasting anybodys time. I am serious buyer, dealer and collector. I refuse to do business with people who treat customers in such a manner. Truly disappointing. I would like to add to my review by saying that Mrs. Clarke did issue me an apology via text message on behalf of her husband. I appreciate the effort. But it doesn't excuse the way I was treated.
