Subway — Restaurant in Mercer

To bad they don't have an option for a zero star review, cause I would definitely give this place one. I will never return to this Subway, and I will tell everyone I know not to eat here either. This place is so disgusting. I watched some old lady that works there reuse a sauce container, like lady that's supposed to washed. My veggies were withered like they had been sitting out forever, my tomatoes were soggy nasty and had brown spots on them. My bread was stale. And I saw a bug crawling across the counter possibly a cockroach. Was going to try to take a picture but that bug was in a hurry to get out of there just like me. Even tried to feed my sub to my dog and it was so bad my dog wouldn't even eat it. That's bad. If you want a real Subway sub that's delicious and you and your dog can share go to the Subway in...

Menu is totally destroyed. Spicy Italian,which has been around at minimum 16 years(my first job was subway at age 16,I'm 32 now and it was there before I started) is now gone,and you have to get the overpriced hotshot Italiano instead. although that's a corporate issue not a store issue.

The store issue was the employee who seemed to hate that I showed up,as well as the soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce,both probably a result of the same employee not changing veggies out on the correct corporate ordered schedule. Will probably end up giving it another try,since it's the closest...

Hands down this is the worst Subway I've ever been to. I live in Mercer and I'm done going there. I'll gladly drive to Hermitage or Grove City anymore.

Placed an online order yesterday for 3 subs, and every one of them had something wrong. The quality was beyond terrible at that, the veggies looked like they were prepped a month ago.

Maybe they can all get trained at Sheetz and learn how to make a sub. This place needs something done because it's been beyond...
