The manager of this McDonalds (at least the one working Sunday evening 6/19) is extremely rude. I have never been disrespectful to any fast food employee, and I do not appreciate being spoken to in the manner that she treated me. First of all, when we ordered at the drive thru, she was rushing me by saying "Is that it?" in an "attitudy" way that made me feel uncomfortable. There was absolutely no one else at the drive thru, so it's not like she was stressed because it was busy. When we got to the window, I asked her if they had any dog biscuits (my dog was in the car). She ignored me (did not respond) and walked away. When she came back to the window, I asked again if they had dog biscuits. She very nastily replied "I already said NO, didn't you hear me?" I told her that, no, I had not heard her. She handed me my bag by practically throwing it at me. I asked her if the Big Mac Sauce (my kids like to dip their chicken nuggets in it) was in the bag. She said "yes" in a testy tone. I pulled into a parking space, and sure enough, no Big Mac Sauce. I went back to the drive thru and politely let them know that they had forgotten the Big Mac Sauce. When I received the container, I found that, most likely to be spiteful, there was one tiny squirt of sauce and it was discolored and smelled bad. At this point, I just took a picture of the corporate phone number to call later to describe my experience (which I have since done). I have worked with the public all of my life, and would never treat a paying customer in this manner. If you go to the Meredith McDonalds, watch out for the dark haired manager with fake eyelashes and a ton of make up.....she is not a...
Read moreWe’re a bit late with review because we attempted to give management (Fortin Kerry) opportunity to make it right. Nothing happened. Absolutely no satisfactory resolve. Stay away from this place if you’re in the area for food on the go. Especially, the drive thru, but wouldn’t recommend at all. Unless you want to risk some malicious employee(s) intentionally tainting your food. Earlier in the year (06-02-24), my husband bit into his burger and felt something funny. Sure enough, it was a gummy worm inside the burger. Quarter pounder to be exact. We have no idea if it was laced with something. Fortunately, it wasn’t consumed to find out. That’s besides the point. We extracted it and took photos. We reported it and it kept getting kicked to other 3rd parties that did absolutely nothing. Their response was basically since nobody was hurt, don’t worry about it. Nothing to see here. Let it go. Completely unacceptable. We haven’t been to a MacDonalds since. We wanted to first share our experience here for others to be aware. Next step is similar feedback to corporate above Fortin’s head. We let him know this was coming. For whatever reason(s), no response. The lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding in this matter. It’s not okay this happened. We’re making...
Read moreYikes, stay away on a Friday night. Went inside to order, ordered 2 meals with a couple double cheeseburgers. Got charged individually for one meal with no drink. First red flag. Brushed it off and decided it didn't really matter. Stood waiting for 15 minutes as workers were handing food and walking food out to drive thru. At about 20 minute mark we asked for our food. Our order had been cleared from screen and food sitting in tray waiting to be bagged, minus a couple things. Through yelling and dancing and walking around it was said that more food was needed and we would still be waiting. At this point we asked for a refund to get headed home. From here I hear what I can only assume to be the "manager" say there's only two of us back here and if he wants he can get a job and come on back. I get places are busy and understaffed but this comment was completely not needed. Place severely lacks managerial skills needed to regroup a...
