Beware!!!! There are new owners and they are nowhere near as nice as the previous owner who always took the time to say hi to me and my family by name and always asked how we were doing.
Ultimately, I canceled my order due to their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I honestly can’t speak to the current quality of their food for this reason but my husband and I had a gut feeling it wouldn’t be as good as Bella Luna used to be.
If you care to know the details of my experience, the very brief synopsis is… when I first called with a few questions, they did not know the size of the party pizza. I had to ask multiple ways (I specifically asked in inches what size it was) and after a moment, he was able to tell me. When I called back ready to order, I stated that I’d like to place an order for the next day. The guy starts rambling off an order that another person must have placed and I told him that, no, I wanted to place a new order. I placed it, he confirmed the time (2/2:30) and I thought we were good. Well, 2:15 the same day rolls around and I get a phone call from a delivery driver asking if he was at the right place because he wasn’t quite sure. I informed him the order was for the following day and I have to give him credit, he was very polite about it and just politely asked about the location of the party so he could find it the following day. Shortly after this occurred, I called just to confirm my order would still arrive the next day. A woman answered and did not ask for my name and just said “yes it is, bye” and hung up on me. All of this did not sit well with me, since it was bad experience after bad experience and my gut told me to cancel. I called to cancel the order and the man I spoke to said “why” and actually laughed out loud. He literally laughed. How unbelievably unprofessional!!! I 100% made the right choice, especially as he started to say “we already made your order” so I was 100% not getting fresh made food the following day. This was so disappointing because as I previously said, the old owner was amazing! We will not be returning...
Read moreThis place does not listen to how you want your food. They do it how they want it. We have tried giving them several chances between delivery and going in to pick food up, and it is still never right. The 2 guys that were in the kitchen, 1 looked Mexican the other looked Indian just throw food togethor do not care how sloppy it looks and never cooked to what you ask for. They take no pride in their food and obviously do not realize that people see the food with their eyes first, if it is not appealing to the eyes, then people will not have interest in eating it. Then not sure if she was the owner but lafy walking around like she hates being there, kids running around the restaurant, throwing themselves all over the place and on the bench people normally sit on to wait for their food. A basic half pepperoni pizza takes about 25 to 30 minutes to get and they were not even busy.. this place gets progressively worse as time passes. they took over not too long ago and you can definetly see the difference. time to find a new...
Read moreHonestly if I could give them no stars I would. The parmesan cheese on the table had something in it and had yellow too because it had been on the table for God knows how long. Both our appetizer and pizza took an hour to come to our table. Also our waitress actually gave us our bill before our pizza had even come to our table. How unprofessional! When we spoke to the owner about our complaints he had nothing but excuses and could care less and was to much in a hurry to get back in the kitchen. He did say that they were primarily a take out place and they did not know that our ticket was for dine-in. In short when our ticket was put in, all those orders that called take-out orders before us were taken care of first. Also we had decided to use a Groupon wich was for dine in only, yet the restaurant is "primarily take out", to me that indicates they're trying to build-up their dine-in customers but they sure have a way about treating them like dirt. The icing on the cake was that there restrooms where...
