This happened a like a month ago before this I was a regular customer so I went in to get hair and there was a “new employee “ from the jump the vibe was off and the new employee seemed more like a friend so while I’m processing to look around I hear the “new employees” go yea I charged a special item and laughing …I proceeded to leave and check my receipt come to find out they charged me for Sumin I didn’t even get plus the “ special item “ I go back and they act like it’s no big deal and tried to play it off like it was on accident I was going to return the hair tbh but I needed it for a friend but yeah...

This is now my new favorite beauty supply store! It has everything I need and the owner is super friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I am there about 2-3 times a week because I am a hairstylist. One day, I was unable to get to the store in time before they close so I called to ask if she could stay open for about 15 minutes longer so that I can make it and to my surprise she delivered my order! I was so ecstatic because I have never received customer service to this degree. I am a forever customer now. Thank you...

I just left out the shop and had to put a review… I would like to say… THANK YOU SO MUCH to the 2 women (one I believe is the owner) that helped me. I’m embarrassed to say I was a few dollars short from my total and I was like ok I will put one package of hair back.
