The staff and the manager of this Starbucks are all outstanding! kudos to Starbucks and Heather, the manager, for keeping a positive upbeat atmosphere and doing your best to maintain the Starbucks culture especially during these difficult times with the pandemic. Everyone in the store was jovial and friendly. They were very busy training new staff as well as waiting on customers and juggling all their tasks well. There were a lot of staff and as opposed to some of the work ethics of others in that age bracket they were not talking incessantly with each other and ignoring customers while looking at their text messages there but they were attentive. The manager is to be commended for choosing people who have a good personality and not afraid to work hard. Besides that they completely stand behind the Starbucks brand and you need to be happy with the drink that they make you or they will remake it. Thank you Heather and thank U Starbucks Meriden! Read moreI love this Starbucks location. The baristas are nice and I love the way they make my drinks. But today I ordered a drink on the app and I never received it. The baristas were making other drinks except mine. I was sitting there waiting for a while. My mom came in to see what was taking so long. We came back and I didn’t see my drink being made. So we ended up leaving. I wasn’t happy with that at all because I’ve never ever had any issues getting drinks at this Starbucks location before. The barista making the drinks the day I went there refused to stop what she was doing to answer a couple of questions I had about the container used to make the drinks. I understand that it gets busy, but I guarantee you that if they made mistake that sent someone's little girl or boy to the emergency room, they would feel horrible.
