When the food is cooked well it's great it depends on the mood and experience of the cook but they usually are nice people and work hard . I would of rated it 4 stars but my last visit I took my 2 young children and niece for hotdogs and fries and the man working the register decided not to tell me the size of the fries . So long story short I end up with a 44$ bill at a burger joint I was looking for a relatively inexpensive lunch that wasn't cheap cheap ... like good but not McDonald's cheap .... so when we got our food I said wow that's alot if bags for what we ordered . 3 bags were fries!! we ate our food and we honestly between the 5 of us could of shared one maybe 2 fries .......soooo after I dumped all the fries left over into one bag no joke it was about 5 lbs maybe more such a waste of food and money I was pissed and we are outside cause it was nice out and they wouldn't unlock the side door for some reason they didn't have they key...... so I had to walk around to the front leaving my wife with 3 young kids (shes pregnant and the seating has no divider to the road ) by herself to walk all the way around when they needed this and that. I went inside and mentioned to the same guy that rung us out and he said o ya i should of mentioned that I apologize but what a jerk ! Thanks for ruining our lunch pal! Not going back at least to this location . I don't feel like he was really sorry for wasting my money I feel like it was...
Read moreFive Guys rates Three Stars. The bacon, mushroom, cheeseburgers I had were really pretty good, but also REALLY overpriced for what is essentially fast food. The "little" order of French fries would put a large fry at other fast food joints to shame, but they were limp and soggy. I'd be loathe to see an extra large order. These, like the burger were overpriced. I mean, 3 dollars and change for a LITTLE order? Seriously? And being limp and soggy added insult to injury. I ate maybe 6-8 fries, and tossed the rest. The $4.49 SMALL strawberry milkshake was actually the high point of lunch. What does that tell you? Service was friendly, but seeing as they weren't very busy, it took almost 15 minutes for my order #64, to be called out. The young man cooking did apologize for the delay, but offered no explanation. These so called boutique burger joints (Five Guys, Jakes, Smashburger, and others) are all over-rated and WAY overpriced. By the way, if you like peanuts, they're free for the taking. There's a barrel of them and a scoop, with small trays to put them in. Eat all you want is the message, I guess. I think I'll keep my burger needs confined to a good tavern burger, found in taverns on most any street you can name, that are the same price, or less expensive. They're almost invariably much better too. But...
Read moreI went there with my aunt for the first time tonight. Your staff greeted me . When I got to the front a short small young girl with wavy hair was at that front waiting for us to order . When we were ordering , she couldn’t hear us and asked us to move down and was quite rude . When we ordered , my aunt didn’t know what she wanted but the girl appeared annoyed . When you go into an establishment, that’s not something you want to see. Not sure if she had a bad day or something but it definely shows to the customer as if she didn’t wanna be there . She was dismissive and talked to us like we were annoying to order and had an attitude when we asked questions about stuff . Do not be in customer service if you’re going to have that kind of attitude. My aunt and I enjoyed our meal but after that ordering experience, I don’t think we would be back to that location. Customers notice everything and it will affect dining experience. Please speak to your staff about it if you don’t want to loose...
