DO NOT GO HERE! I WILL NEVER RETURN! I went for lunch here on Saturday with my mom, I have been there only about 3-4 times but I found their food to be good even though they are over priced. Our waitress was very nice and my heart goes out to her, she was mistreated by the "Owner" and this is not ok at all. Now to talk about my experience which I still can't believe happened. I ordered the Baked Stuffed Sole with Mashed Potatoes and Zucchini(BTW, the zucchini is in a strange salsa tomato sauce, horrible). When I go the dish I tasted the potatoes and they had no flavor and were grainy, like the potatoes weren't fully cooked before they were mashed. Then the Sole itself had no flavor and was very small, there was way to much stuffing and the stuffing was not fully cooked. The consistency of the stuffing was like raw ground meat. Stuffing is supposed to first, be fully cooked, not sticky and mushy. Keep in mind I took two bits of the mashed potatoes, and I only ate the outside of one stuffed sole ( the dish came with two) and I couldn't even eat the stuffing. I also only had one piece of the zucchini to try it and that made me feel sick it really tasted horrible. I felt bad that the food was not to my liking but I wasn't going to say anything and just let it be but my mom spoke up for me and let the waitress know my experience and that I wasn't satisfied with my meal. She took and back and asked me if I wanted anything else. Since I really didn't eat I did want a meal so I just ordered a bacon burger with fries. After taking the Sole back and putting in my order for the burger the waitress came back and informed me that she spoke with the owner and that he would not remove the sole from my receipt and that if I didn't like the meal I shouldn't have waited until the end to say something about it. I told her to let him know I will not be paying $18.95 plus tax for a meal I did not eat and that I ordered something else that I would eat and pay for. She went back and got my Burger and placed it on the table and said that the only thing he would do it make me pay half of the Stuffed Sole meal plus the $9 plus burger, I was fed up at this point and said if that's the case I do not want the burger since he said I need to tell him I'm not happy with a meal at the very beginning and I hadn't even touched the plate the burger was on.She took it and I told her to please get the owner so we can speak with him. She went to the back and came back an d said that "The owner is not here" the owner made the waitress come back to our table and tell us that "he's not here' what kind of person doesn't come out to speak with there customers, especially unsatisfied customers. She also came back with the burger in a to-go box and said I couldn't return it. So because I didn't want to cause a seen I payed $15 for the sole and $9 for the burger plus my moms meal. I was so angry and I would have very much appreciated the bare minimum of the owner to show his face and stand by what he had the nerve to charge me but just know I am letting EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO HERE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NASTY...

Never had an issue with it until Father’s Day this year (we actually used to go there fairly often- we hadn’t been for a while but when we used to go we had a pleasant experience and the food was good).
We go out to eat every Father’s Day in honor of my father who passed away two years ago. We called to make a reservation and got an attitude from the worker who answered the phone, but went there anyway.
We went as a party of five for breakfast and they were busy but not packed. We were seated at a table for four and squished five people into it, but we said that was fine. Then the waitress got there- it was the middle aged lady with the short bob hair cut. She brought us a pitcher of water, but no glasses (when the glasses finally did arrive the water in the pitcher could barely fill four of them). As she took our order she was quick and huffing and puffing at any changes we made to the order. She forgot our drinks, messed up our orders and didn’t bring silverware. We tried to politely bring up the issues but she had a major attitude and cut us off every time we tried to bring up what we needed (not to enjoy our meal, just to eat our meal and have what we ordered). The food we got was cold, and it wasn’t what we ordered. Every time we started saying something she would interrupt us with a haughty “I know!” before we could finish telling her what we needed. And while she should’ve been doing her job on a busy day like that, every time she walked away we heard her complaining about how she shouldn’t have to be working on Fathers Day because her father had passed and she didn’t want to come in because she had the day off and was asked to come in.
If you were asked to come in on a day you weren’t scheduled and you have this much of a problem with it, don’t come in. You weren’t scheduled and you didn’t have to be there. And 2. Your problems are no one else’s. As a professional, you need to leave your problems at the door when dealing with customers. Not for nothing, but this woman was a grown adult and adults have to keep doing their job even when it gets hard, even if it’s a sad day. I was 18 and my sister was 15 when my father passed away, well before his time. And still when we have to go to work or school, we don’t make that anyone else’s problem.

Read moreIf i could give negative stars i would. absolutely disgusted with the service my coworker and I just received from the Green Olive Diner. We placed our order via phone call and was told it would be 15 minutes. well, 30 minutes later I called to see where our food was and the lady replied with "All of our deliveries take at least 30 minutes and the lady who took your order is standing next to me and she said 45 minutes".. I informed her that both my coworker and I heard her say it was only going to be 15 minutes... the food finally got delivered nearly an hour later and made the experience that much worse. I got a short stack of pancakes where they were sour, the butter was liquid and they did not provide silverware. My coworker ordered a cheeseburger club and the club was soggy, french fries were dry and they did not include the side of ketchup like we had asked for. When i had called to complain, the women that answered was laughing with other staff. We also explained they over charged us and they provided excuse after excuse. The owner called me shortly after and was just as bad as his staff. Rude and arrogant. I was trying to give him our feedback and he continued to interrupt and make up other excuses. He refused to make this right by offering better food or a refund. After an exchange of choice words, he than hung up on me.
