I do Uber eats deliveries in the evening sometimes I arrived this evening to pick up an order for a customer and was told that it would be ready within about 5 minutes after the front double-checked with the cooks. Some other people walked in after I had been waiting approximately 5 minutes and ordered and then more people came in so I waited patiently while she took their orders. But then the people who came in after me and had just ordered got their food while I was still waiting for the delivery order. At this point it's been over 15 minutes. I asked them about it and the cook was kind of snotty while he was telling me that he was cooking it. I sent the customer a message letting her know that her order wasn't ready because they were prioritizing people walking in over her order. And then the order still wasn't ready so I canceled it due to excessive wait time and unable to get decent help from the staff. All together I waited over 20 minutes. And yes I know it was that long because I always set a timer if it's not ready because your delivery drivers aren't supposed to wait for food longer than 15 minutes max.

Regarding the owner's response my name will not show us the delivery driver because after waiting over 20 minutes and the cook being snotty and saying he was just starting to cook the customers food I canceled the order on my list for excessive wait time and unable to get help from the staff. I did message the customer first and let her know the bad service there was the reason for the delay if her delivery. What makes this even worse is that I was given the order while dropping off another one and it took me 13 minutes according to the map in the Uber app to get to the restaurant so add that to the 20 plus minutes I waited before leaving. This was at 5:36 p.m. according to my app showing that when I canceled as the driver and there was only one table of four people in the restaurant when I walked in. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door! The dining room was clean, smallish and not crowded with tables. Best test of cleanliness is the restroom and it was well kept 😊 I ordered the chicken breast bowl with fried rice instead of steamed, understandable upcharge but I don't think it was mentioned when I ordered and steamed veggies and a diet coke (either bottled or fountain). The veggies come with the bowl but Jordyn gave me the option to leave them off. She was really friendly 😊 Reasonably priced meal. The food took a small amount of time to serve. I didn't know it is COOKED TO ORDER so it came out hot, fresh and really yummy 😋 the chicken was cooked well, good ratio on the well cooked veggies and the rice wasn't soggy or mushy.
