Our first trip to FIRST WATCH as I was looking at menus and location I did noticed that it showed no wait time .after talking to my husband I looked up the addresses for Ten mile place there was a spot to put your name on the list so I did put our name down. As we drove up there was along line I looked at my app and it said to ck in at the hostes there were all packed I squeezed inside caked in with the hostes and said when our table was ready we get a txt. I think we sat outside for 2 minutes and we got a txt. People were so upset. So here is some advice put your name on the list before you leave the house. But enough about that let’s talk about the food and service.there was not one person just standing around . Everyone was running around and making sure customers were taken care. Of with water and coffee ( best coffee in a restaurant) my husband orders I believe a smoked salmon frittata I did get the lemon Multigrain pancakes with ricotta and fresh fruit .both dishes where alsome. Our waitresses Rachel was the best to , you my think been a bit older and having some tattoos that her quality would not be good but I have to say the little older generation is the best generation for the reason we had to work and work hard for what we have in life. So to me Rachel was the best on the floor taking care care of her customers.

First time here, and we were pretty satisfied by the lunch we got. We got here at about 1:15 (don't ever go less than an hour before a restaurant closes, people) and they closed at 2:30. They were running behind, but not in a way where I felt neglected. Literally every minute or two there was another waitress bringing out another dish or two. Nothing went by the table that didn't look good. Pretty decent presentation. We had a carafe of coffee (seems like they do that with all the tables) so I'm happy with anything. The interior is bright and country style... Not my thing, but very cute and on theme. I did appreciate that the bar lights looked like whisks though. The food was good. I liked my waffle with berry jam (compote? I forget) & my bf got avocado toast that was delicious. The bread it was on is really yummy, whole grain, substantial bread. I liked that the most. He enjoyed his poached eggs on the side, said they were cooked perfectly. The coffee was pretty decent, not bitter or too acidic. It was odd that the juices and drinks didn't have a price on the menu... Overall a good experience. The manager, who said he was headed to another new store opening, gave us $5 coupons for waiting. Would go back again.

We have only been to First Watch once before and it was in NC. We had an excellent experience there and we were excited to see a location while we visited the area. We waited only 15-20 min for a table on a busy weekend and getting on the list was easy and we liked receiving a text when they were ready to seat us. The food was not on par with what we had in NC. The cooks here used less seasoning and really skimped on flavor ingredients (e.g. I got the skillet and it had tons of potatoes but only four thin slices of avocado, even though that was listed as a main ingredient). I was also bummed that there wasn't a way to get a smaller carrot cake pancake (like sub my toast for a single pancake) and had to order a $9 face-sized pancake to find out that they use regular batter and just throw in shreds of carrot, pieces of pecan and raisins. It wasn't good. They also served the syrup in an oil bottle, which is an inefficient way to distribute it onto the pancake. Overall, we spent $60 for two adults and a toddler. The leftover food wasn't worth taking with us and while we are full, I wouldn't say satisfied. The service was adequate but nothing stellar. Probably to be expected in the area.

As First Watch fans (from the midwest), we were excited to try breakfast at Ten Mile in Meridian. Upon arrival we were seated quickly as there was no wait. The restaurant was nice and open and the ambiance was good. We sat there for a good five minutes while we watched many servers pass by. Apparently we were not their table to serve. We could have at least got a "hey someone will be with you shortly" response but none came our way? After a few more minutes my wife noticed a server walking our way and she made direct eye contact as to say "we've been here a bit...and?" the server started to turn away back into the kitchen but then came to our table. Needless to say, she did not seem happy to be there. Maybe a bad day? No greetings, pleasantries, or explanations of the menu offerings...just a what would you like to drink. We ordered coffee and almost got our "water too" order but she was already walking back to the kitchen. She did come out with hot coffee and then asked if we wanted water which she did bring with her. We placed our order and waited a bit more. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. However, my wife ordered the French Toast (usually a fave) but it was well underdone and was super soggy in the middle. I had the eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Eggs were OK, potatoes were hit or miss as some were cooked well and some were harder (undercooked). Bacon was good. The server was still very curt throughout our time there. Additionally, when leaving the restaurant there was no "thank you for coming" from the staff up front. We were expecting a little more from this chain of restaurants as this used to be our go-to for a good breakfast. I will say that we will be choosing other breakfast places (Janet's Cafe, The Griddle, Goldy's Breakfast) in the area to which we feel more welcome and the food is...

Came in on my birthday to try a new place. Submitted a spot on the wait-list through their website where it told me there was no wait. Turned out there was a wait, albeit small, as they had given our table away to someone else (I live 5 minutes away and booked the spot in my car, right before I pulled out of the driveway). After being seated, my server never introduced herself and failed to know what was the daily muffin. We ran out of water in the provided jug, which you have to poor for yourself. The provided coffee mug waiting at my table was already dirty. I asked if I could get an item to go when I ordered my food, the server said she could do that. She came and followed up on the muffin asking which I wanted, and I responded that whatever muffin of the day was fine. She replied with hostility that it was either chocolate or blueberry and I needed to choose. I wasn't aware I was supposed to know every daily muffin before my first visit, but I'll know better next time. When our food arrived, my eggs were overcooked, my girlfriend's food was cold, my potatoes were undercooked, and my pancake was cold with no syrup provided. When we received our check the waitress was confused as to whether or not she'd actually given it to is, after we'd been waiting for 5-10 minutes. Long enough for me to type this whole review as that's what I've been doing while waiting to pay my bill. Service is probably better with a more seasoned waiter/waitress, but the food was far from a reasonable quality especially seeming how every item is around $13. I would recommend most other breakfast places in town, particularly The Griddle or The Original Pancake House if you're willing to...
