My honest experience. I was completely ignored at the drive-through, sat there for at least 20 minutes and still no acknowledgment that I was there for an order ! Noā¦.Iāll be with you in a secondā¦.no nothing ! I decided to drive up to the window and they acted as though they were frustrated, that I was frustrated !
I asked for the manager to express my concerns, the manager was one of the ones that showed frustration that I had drove up with no order ! The cashiers were rude and showed no concern or regard as well for a paying customer. I asked to speak with the general manager, the G M never came out after waiting for about 12 minutes, so I decided to leave.
Thought I would call to speak with the general manager but that didnāt happen either because no one ever answered the phone.
So yes, 1 star for being completely ignored with no concern, or regard for their customer ! I would do 0 stars but I had to choose at least 1 star to be able to post ! I agree with some of the other reviewers this is ridiculous !!!
This Burger King could be so much better, but sad to say it needs an overhaul of people who actually care for their customers ! I do not recommend this BK unless they are going to do better with their customer service !

We placed a mobile order through the Burger King app and selected the Family Steakhouse Combo along with a Vanilla Iced Coffee. Upon arrival, we waited for few minutes and our food was brought out to the carābut noticeably missing was the iced coffee. The staff member who handed us the food didnāt mention anything about it being unavailable. Only when we asked did she inform us that they were out of the Vanilla Iced Coffee. ( want us to drive without it and without letting us know?)
What was frustrating is that we had already paid for it, yet there was no attempt to offer a replacement or even acknowledge the missing item until we brought it up ourselves. My husband, trying to be polite, asked if we could just have a Sprite instead. She returned with oneābut it was a small size, despite us having ordered and paid for a larger beverage. There was no effort made to match the value or apologize for the inconvenience.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of communication, no initiative to resolve the issue, and the mismatched replacement drink all reflect poor customer service. We expected better from a national chain like Burger King.

Their response is ask for a refund through the app. I did, the app offered a $3 coupon. What they did not inform me is that there is only a one month period for that coupon. Fine, my mistake for not checking.
Next time, order more wrong. Same item withheld, said that they did not have the item asked for before. Asked for mustard, no mustard on one sandwich, slathered in mayonnaise . Asked for pickles on another sandwich, no pickles.
Online service was kind of helpful, until they only offer a coupon again. So please eat at our poor service, poor food facility again; but you better do that within a month. I have always liked Burger King, but this experience has ruined them for me. I plan on never eating at a Burger King in...
