Hardee’s — Restaurant in Meridian

We went through the drive-through and ordered a chicken, rice, and bean burrito + a large unsweet tea + a chicken strip meal with honey mustard. The employees acted aggravated to even speak to us, we didn't get any sauces, there was no chicken in the burrito, our drinks were all the wrong sizes (and 1 drink was wrong), and instead of dropping the chicken to fry as soon as we ordered it, they decided to wait until we were at the window (when other people were in front of us) before cooking it. We were told to pull forward, so we did. We waited in front of the building for 15 minutes before getting our STILL wrong order, which we just dealt with out of pure exhaustion and frustration. We've been driving since 5:55am (it was 1:40pm-ish when we arrived to this Hardee's), and all we wanted was some quick food so that we could get back on the road and to our destination. When we received the chicken meal that we were told had to be cooked and waited on, it was stone cold and was obviously not fresh AT ALL. The woman who walked out to the car to give us our food wouldn't look at us or speak to us and just kind of tossed the food into our drivers hand. I don't know who's running this place, but they're failing miserably. We were also charged the wrong prices for our drinks and had to swap them all out. Overall a very bad experience and terrible customer service. Definitely won't be returning. If you're really that hungry, I'd suggest going to Waffle House, Captain D's, Sonic, or literally any other...

About a month ago, I left a bad review because I had a terrible experience about lunchtime, and was not very pleased with my experience... I've deleted my horrible review, and have now updated my thoughts on this restaurant. We went during breakfast before going to work. We are always in a hurry going to work because of the heat, and with my previous experience I did not want to come here... but this particular day my husband and boys wanted to come here. My service was excellent! Mrs. Chantal Mccaleb was our cashier, she was super helpful, quick, and so very sweet. It was a delightful experience, and I am pretty sure the owner was there at this moment, everyone was on there best behavior it seemed, but was still comfortable to be themselves. I loved the atmosphere, everything was SUPER CLEAN and the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We all got the Angus burritos/biscuit, and I got the loaded omelet burrito, it was fresh, hot, and out very quickly, and it was BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE! I was beyond proud of the increase, and hopefully my previous experience was just bad timing, and a bad day which we ALL have. I just pride on customer service growing up in restaurants and having a family owned store, its something that I pet peave about more than the quality of the food. If the service isn't excellent, I could care less about the food. We will be going to hardees to enjoy this amazing experience more frequently, and showing our appreciation to the hard working people there!...

The fact that hardee's opens their lunch menu at 10:30 am is one fact that I want y'all to keep in mind. I was told 11 am. The waitress commented "They are never prepared." The key word here folks is they. The proper word is we. If Hardee's is based on a team effort. Then why are y'all not accepting the fact that you are a team? ONE STAR REMOVED.

Upon receiving my burger, ordered with no mayo and no cheese, I saw the worst bun I ever saw. Fresh baked? Not when it looked like that. The lettuce was spoiled. You could taste it. It may have been green, but I'm willing to bet for a different reason. The patty was dry, over use of mustard, under use of ketchup. For the first time in my life after 7 years of being a customer at any Hardee's I COULD NOT FINISH MY BURGER. I asked you guys not to put cheese on there. I saw 2 pieces of cheese on the bottom of my burger. If I had an food allergy caused by cheese, I COULD HAVE DIED. A colleague of mine ordered a #10 and had only one complaint. She doesn't like the taste of soap. That tells me that your cook isn't thoroughly washing their hands before preparing food. 2 STARS REMOVED.

In my experience of eating food at many different restaurants. Today's meal was an absolute disgrace!
