RESTAURANT #L775064, MERIDIAN MISSISSIPPI. FIRST OF ALL, THEY WEREN'T BUSY, SO WE ORDERED A 4 PIECE CHICKEN COMBO, AND A 4 PIECE CHICKEN TENDERS COMBO. WHAT WE GOT WAS A 3 PIECE BIG BOX, AND A 5 PIECE TENDER COMBO, THAT COST AN EXTRA $2.00!! WHEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ORDER, THE ORDER TAKERS NAME WAS (JALVONIA). THAT'S WHAT THE TICKET SAID. WHEN WE COMPLAINED, SHE STATED THATS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED, WE PROTESTED AND THE WOMAN THRU HER ARMS UP IN THE AIR AND EXCLAIMED "WHAT DO YOU ALL WANT FROM ME, I JUST WORK HERE"! SO, THEN WE ASKED FOR SOME EXTRA BUTTER FOR THE BISCUITS, AND SHE SAID, "WE DON'T PROVIDE EXTRA BUTTER, AND THERE IS ALREADY BUTTER ON THEM!! FUNNY, I COULDN'T SEE IT! SO, FINE WE JUST GAVE UP, SAT DOWN AND PROCEDED TOO EAT. WELL THEN, THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN WHO HAD BEEN STANDING THERE, FOR OVER 30 MINUTES, JUST WAITING FOR AN 8 PC. BIG BOX. WHEN HE COMPLAINED ABOUT PEOPLE GETTING THEIR FOOD FIRST, THEY GOT SNOBBY, AND SAID THAT HIS ORDER HAD BEEN GIVEN TOO SOMEONE ELSE?? SERIOUSLY, AFTER HE ALREADY PAID FOR IT! THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR THE CHICKEN TOO BE COOKED. HE THEN ASKED FOR HIS MONEY BACK, AND THEY STARTED TOO ARGUE WITH HIM!! HE STATED, " "JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE", THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! SO, AFTER 5 MINUTES OF ARGUING WITH HIM, THEY FINALLY GAVE IN!! SO, WHILE OUR ORDER WAS SCREWED UP, WE HAD TOO ENDURE THE LISTENING OF THE WHOLE ARGUMENT!! AFTER THE GENTLEMAN LEFT, ALL THE KFC STAFF WAS LAUGHING AT HIM, AND MAKING FUN OF HIM AFTER HE LEFT!! VERY LOUDLY I MUST ADD!! SO, YOUR STAFF, AND SERVICE IS VERY HORRIBLE, AND DEGRADING!! NOW, I'M NOT A RACIST, BUT THE WHOLE STAFF WAS AFRICAN AMERICAN, AND THE GENTLEMAN WAS WHITE, AS WELL AS OURSELVES! PLUS, I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TOO BY YOUR STAFF, SAYING THEY DON'T PROVIDE BUTTER, BECAUSE YOU DO! WE GET EXTRA BUTTER AT ALL OTHER KFC LOCATIONS!! Read moreIve been to some KFC's But, this on takes the cake. I am visiting my mother in Union and we had to come to Meridian for some dental work (which was an all day thing). So we went shopping and still had three and a half hours to wait so we decided going to KFC all the places we decided that was the best place. Now being from out of town I've had a lot of different attitudes at this one place I was greeted with a smile and the respect they showed me when they took my order and gave me my messages everything was just you don't get that everywhere and I was appreciative cuz I'm sorry I don't get it at all the people around here makes me want to come back to every store I've been to every restaurant because they treat you with respect and that's how it should be. I promise you the next time I go to Meridian I'll get a GS up same place but the bad shooting percentage is awesome for everybody the manager of the people who worked on the counter everybody I love that experience...
Read moreI did the drive thru customer service was good but when I got home the chicken was dry and fried hard. I love KFC and I never received chicken like this. I didn’t get a receipt which was unusual. I call back and spoke with Manager she did apologize but she wanted me to bring it back nope that was not going to happen. She asked if I could bring back the next day and will redo order after I told her I was about 20 miles outside of the city. Really!!! She could have told me when I come back we will be glad to service you. This the 1st time that I actually gave a bad review. Manager needs to satisfy your customers. I will not be going back anytime soon or ever. I just threw $10.45...
