When Marco’s was first opened, I loved it. It broke my heart when they closed, so you can imagine how excited I was to see it reopen. At first, the new ownership was doing a great job. Employees were friendly, food was cooked well, etc. I think this location changed ownership somewhat recently and it has gone steadily downhill. Orders take about two to three times longer to make, even during non-peak times. They regularly forget to add my dipping sauce cup in the box. I add the garlic sauce and Parmesan crust topper, and I’ve had garlic sauce swirled over the entire top of the pizza (NOT on the crust edge) several times now. My pizza has been burnt on several occasions, so I’ve started ordering it as a light cook. Even still, my last pizza looked fine on top but was badly burnt underneath (see pic) and it took 10+ minutes longer than the quoted time online. When I called back in, the person helping was nice but never actually apologized. I hope they can figure it out and improve soon.

Don't let the bland exterior fool you. This place offers greasy, cheesy, garlicky goodness to the supreme. Customizable dough seasoning, fast and friendly service, and a flavor that will have you craving for more slices once you wake up from your carb coma. And for some reason, they gave us a free appetizer. Can't complain. Apparently they're planning to open four more of these in the area, including in Nampa. It's some of the best pizza I've had in the valley.

Went here to try a new pizza place in Boise. I got their crust less pizza. It’s a great idea for those who want a low carb alternative. Got there at lunch time and it was not very busy and it was still a 45 minute wait. They had ran out of silverware, not something not have when you are eating something that requires a fork. They have the potential to do better but currently have growing pains.

I was not very impressed with the pizza. I have eaten at nearly every pizza place here in the Treasure valley. Johnny's pizza still holds as being the best place and the standard that I use to judge all pizza. For Marco's though the pizza just didn't measure up.I had a medium Pepperoni Magnifico. The dough to me tasted stall and their was absolutely no flavor to the dough. What I did taste the most on the pizza was the amount of grease that was on the bottom of the pizza. Seriously it was like eating grease on toast except it wasn't very tasty. The sauce tasted like it was poured from a can because it had a harsh metallic flavor to it. On the Pepperoni Magnifico its suppose to have old world pepperoni right? Well every old style pepperoni that I have had always had this nice tasty after taste to it. Its almost indescribable. I use to live in Germany and my mother and I would travel to Italy and we would get authentic old world pepperoni. What I had on your pizza tasted just like regular pepperoni disguised to look old world style pepperoni. Lastly, I really don't understand why it takes you nearly triple the time that it takes at a normal pizza place. Seriously, you had my pizza prepared, and baked (at least by your tracking system) in less than 15 minutes yet it took you an additional 45 minutes to deliver. In 45 minutes I could have gone to the store got the ingredients to make a pizza, prepared all my ingredients, baked it and delivered it out to Mountain Home and still had time left over to eat a slice myself. I seriously do not mean to slam you on my review. However, I have to be honest for my first time experience with you pizza I was not impressed and I would not recommend your...

Very rarely do I ever take the time to write a review. However when I do, its because the experience has been quite memorable.

It started with my son wanting to try the new pizza place that his best friend said was awesome! Friday night rolls around and we decided to try it out. We chose to dine in and get the full experience. The short of it; We spent an hour and a half waiting for a pizza that hadn't even been put in the oven. An apologetic staff graciously refunded our money and said that they would put a credit on our account if we wanted to try it out another time. Fair enough...mistakes are easily made. Cut to a week later, I have an 8 year old begging to try this new pizza place, so we try to get it delivered. Come to find out, we live just outside the delivery radius. No big deal...I’ll go pick it up. All our info was in the system from the previous visit except the credit, which they had no problem honoring. They told me that the pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. I showed up about 5 minutes early, and waited for roughly 30 minutes to learn they did the same thing....no pizza! Wow!!! 1st time was forgiven, but a second time calls for a Google review. There was no way I was letting my son down again. They finally had my order ready to go about 20 minutes after speaking to the manager. I will never get those 3 hours of my life back. Free pizza is not worth it. (I could hashtag that and start a movement) Sorry Marcos, but we can't make this our new favorite pizza place. I hope you get your systems down, and succeed in the competitive...

Do not order from them if you have any sort of time line you need to follow. I ordered from them 3 months ago for a company lunch meeting (50 people). They were over 30 minutes late and when I called they said they had a larger order than mine that came in right before mine ( I placed this order 3 days in advanced). The driver who brought it must have dogs because the pizza boxes, bags carrying the forks, and plastic salad contains were COVERED in dog hair. It was disgusting. I put in an email to the manager who said he would fix the issues so we decided to give them another try. This time I placed the order for 35 people 6 days in advanced. I spoke to a female manager 3 days before the event and was assured by her that she herself was bringing people in that day just to work on my order and that it would be there at 11:30 or earlier. At 11:40 I called in to ask about my order and they told me the EXACT same excuse about getting a larger order before mine. She said it was just coming out of the oven but would be there in 5 minutes. At 12:00 I called again, and was told he was just leaving the store with my order. The delivery address is 2 minutes from the store and he got there well after 12:15. No napkins or plates like I asked for on the order. I spoke to a manager who was unfriendly and talked down to me. He tried to make me feel dumb by saying “it’s not my fault that we have 40 pizzas to make and only have a 5 foot oven”. Hopefully things change here but we won’t be using them again for our...
