Had the opportunity to visit the soft opening here, Idaho...if you arent already, get excited. I had a random opportunity to visit their soft opening and let me tell you, I have been reading about this chain coming here and was very intrigued and apparently rightly so because the pizza is fantastic.
I tried the wise guy, very standard assortment of Italian flavors but done exceptionally well. The sausage is absolutely incredible as is the dough. My friend ordered the Huckleberry Pizza that is exclusive to Idaho and to be honest, I was skeptical, sweet and savory thing can be very iffy for me. I was foolish to doubt the combo, it actually worked better than you'd think and I would highly recommend.
Someone on staff suggested a sausage dish they have that features like a hot honey. This is something I would never have ordered in my own, but I see why he recommended it. Absolutely insane flavor, 100% worth trying, my friend said she would come back just for that alone and I agree, I would too.
The hires they made all seemed customer service oriented and enthusiastic and my service experience was excellent.
Truly not saying this for the free slice of pizza, this place is epic and you need to know...the hype is worth it. Fir a place designed around the concept of selling slices, this...

This place is a casual pizza joint with a great outdoor patio. You just walk up, place your order, and they deliver it right to your table. They have a full menu, including salads, wine, and beer! It’s brand new, so it’s super clean, comfortable, and well-laid out. The General Manager, Ken, was there and was super friendly and helpful.
If you’re a pizza person, you really need to check this out!
I had the “Tomato Pie,” which is a New Jersey-style pizza with tomato sauce over sliced mozzarella, garlic, and basil. The crust was cooked to perfection, and the balance of flavors from the tomato sauce, garlic, and cheese was amazing. The basil on top was freshly chopped, which was really good.
My friend ordered the “SIC Traditional,” which looks like a deep-dish pizza. It had tomato sauce, mozzarella, thick and thin cut pepperoni, and Italian sausage. One slice was about a meal! Again, it was outstanding.
As I mentioned, if you’re a pizza person, you have to give this a try. They have so many different styles that you’re sure to find your favorite. I can’t...
Read moreLove the vibe and concept! We ordered a Detroit-style pizza to go and were initially told it would be about a 90-minute wait, which then changed to 60–70 minutes during the ordering process — no problem. They mentioned we’d receive a text when it was ready.
We drove home (about 10 minutes away) and waited, but around 45 minutes in, I got a few missed calls from an out-of-state number with no voicemail. Since we were told they’d text when the order was ready, I didn’t think much of it. After about an hour, we headed back to the restaurant and found out the pizza had been ready for about 30 minutes.
The flavor was fantastic — the pizza was a bit cold by the time we got home, but still delicious. The manager explained they tried to call but didn’t get an answer. Totally fair, but I’d suggest leaving a voicemail or sending a text next time to avoid confusion.
Overall, great food and concept — can’t wait to come back and try some of the other...
