My daughter and I went to this Starbucks between 1:30 and 2:00pm today to use the gift cards we received for Christmas. My daughter ordered an iced coffee and I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. When the girl at the drive up window handed us my daughter's iced drink there was blood on the outside of the cup. My daughter used a receipt that we had in the car to wipe off the red to see if it was really blood. Seeing it smeared on the white receipt we could see that it was most definitely fresh blood. We told the girl at the window and she requested to see it for herself. We handed her the cup that had a little blood left on it and we handed her the bloody receipt so she could see it on that. She just stared at both of them like she was looking for something. She handed the iced drink and bloody receipt back to me then gave me my Peppermint Mocha and stated that at least there wasn't anything on my coffee cup. Needless to say we left there with the disgusting iced drink that had blood on the outside of the cup. Major health hazard and poor service to not immediately make the customer a new drink. If I had been the employee I would have been completely embarrassed to have served a drink with blood on it and I would have quickly taken it back and made a new one without question. Very poor customer service today. Angela...
Read moreI worked in the complex for 4yrs and regularly ordered in app, always picking up in-store. To start off, the people are wonderful ! When in a rush, I'd get a cold brew no ice to be ready immediately. I know it's spendy, but Starbucks must put crack in they cold brew. I become the most productive worker on my 11hr shift after consuming one Very Large (trenta??) cold brew. I love it. Nothing gives me such violent jitters or causes me to sweat as profusely as that delicious potion. I have to drink 6+ cups of my home brewed coffee to match their freak, something they accomplish in a mere 30oz cup. If I don't want to feel like my body orbits the sun, I drink half today half tomorrow. When I am not busy, the seasonal drinks are fun to try. I do wish they mixed their drinks better, it honestly sucks to drink mostly milk then have too much flavor on bottom. Otherwise, this Starbucks is a lovely little place to stop in to, and it always smells...
Read moreI don’t tend to write reviews, but I feel that I could spare somebody time and money by doing so.
I come to this location almost every day, and order the exact same thing. However, I am not lying when I say that the baristas can not make a drink correctly to save their lives. They are always out of drinks or other items, and on top of that, they are usually closed for some unknown reason. The point is, the management and customer service is, frankly, deplorable.
One barista in particular had a very bad attitude when I asked her to remake my drink. It was around 3:00pm on March 14th, and she had to do it twice before it was correct. From her facial expressions and irritated tone, I can honestly say that she has no business interacting with the public if fixing a simple mistake is such an undertaking for her. I understand that life happens, and things do not always go correctly, but for it to be happening every day is simply...
