I was just in the drive-through and the vehicle in front of me was not paying attention and was not meaning forward went with the time to move forward and so I gave him a polite little hunk. He did not like this and once he ride to the window he proceeded to take as long as he possibly could at the window and I donāt know what he told the baristaās but when I got to the window he had paid for my drink and every single person that was working at Starbucks stood at that window and gave me a stink eye and when I explained that that man was rude and we didnāt do it to be nice they continue to roll their eyes at me and continue to give me a stinky. I donāt know what kind of etiquette training is being done at Starbucks but that made me feel terrible and there was no reason to make me feel terrible other than you also feel terrible and thought it was appropriate to make others feel as terrible as you. That is disgraceful I am embarrassed that that happened Iām embarrassed. Who change their staff to stand around and get stink eyes to customers who does that? I cannot believe I was treated with such disrespect and I did not at all do anything to deserve it at all I cannot believe that happened. I will never be returning to the Starbucks and I almost donāt ever want to go to Starbucks anywhere ever again because this is the kind of attitude every Starbucks barista has every last one of you. It is disgusting and it is embarrassing that you think...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay, so it's September 7th at 1:45 p.m. and I don't know her name, but she was working in the drive-thru. She has curly blonde hair gorgeous skin and the last two times I've come through it's been her and she is exceptional! Every time I've gone through I just feel such a warmth from her and just let her know, please, that she is lovely and wonderful and she should definitely be getting credit. Because it's such a rarity these days to find good customer service, and you've got one in her. There was also a girl a while back who wrote a really sweet message on my drink lid and so these two individuals have really just stood out to me. You have a couple of really wonderful people at this location that I've encountered. And I just want them to get a huge shout out, but especially the girl today because she just has made me feel so good the last couple times I've come through. I don't get a lot of human interaction with my job, so those little extras go such a long way for somebody in my situation as I don't get to talk to people very much. And it just warms my soul every time I have had her help me. General kindness goes such a long way, and people like her who go above and beyond just need to be acknowledged and recognized and thanked. So thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in the Treasure Valley. It is conveniently located, but beyond that, unlike other locations this location makes my nitro cold brews w/ vanilla sweet cream very consistently. At other locations, the drink tastes different almost every time. Here it tastes the same virtually every time I order it.
Like many Starbucks their drive through and dine in is often extremely packed- yet these folks somehow never seem stressed. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.
They consistently welcome you when you walk in the door, call you by name if they know it, are friendly at the register, friendly at drink pickup, friendly over the intercom and window at the drive through- doesn't matter how busy it is.
Random fact: one time I brought my son here and he threw up while eating at one of the tables. One of the busy workers baristas here immediately dropped what he was doing to help grab me some cleaning supplies. I didn't want him having to touch my kid's vomit, but he was happy to keep bring me towels and whatever I needed....
