Viet Corner Restaurant — Restaurant in Merrifield

We came across this gem of a restaurant in our local neighborhood foodie Facebook group and so glad we did! I’m Vietnamese from the west coast so I know authentic Vietnamese food when I taste it. We got a variety of different items from their extensive menu, all of which were absolutely delicious. It’s so nice to have one restaurant that seems to do everything well, from noodles to banh mi to broken rice plates. I’m glad I don’t have to go all the way to Eden Center to 3 different places to satisfy my family’s different taste. Please show this place some love,...

We were in the area visiting another restaurant and really had the urge for pho for dinner, so we stopped in here to grab four large pho ga to go for dinner later on. When it came time to dine, several hours later, we heated the broth back up and put everything together. The veggies they provided were all very clean, fresh, and flavorful. The broth was so very tasty too! Very nice seasoned and all the noticeable flavors were present. The chicken was thinly sliced, tender, and very tasty.

Viet-Corner’s a cozy little Vietnamese spot with a chill vibe—perfect for a laid-back meal. The food’s legit: the Crispy Vegan Rolls are crunchy and tasty, and the Bún Bò Huế is a spicy beef noodle soup that hits all the right spots. There’s something for everyone, like the C1 Signature Rice Platter, which you can customize with chicken or other options. Oh, and the Taro Milk Tea with Boba?
