Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience.
My food order came out pretty quickly (around 5 minutes), and I was told that my small black coffee would be right out. However, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes in front of the register. During this time, I observed the staff in the back continuing to fill coffee cups for drive-through orders and other customers who had ordered inside after me. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to get the attention of an employee and asked for my small black coffee. The employee replied, without checking, that it was still brewing and would be out as soon as possible. I pointed out that I could see all the other coffee cups being filled, and only then did they rush back and bring one to me.
By the time I got back on the road, I discovered that half of our simple meal order — 2 sausage egg McMuffins — was incorrect. I usually check my order before leaving, so when I opened one of the wrapped sandwiches, I assumed the other would be the same. Unfortunately, I assumed incorrectly.
I always try to be a very understanding and patient customer, but waiting 20 minutes for a small black coffee, while being ignored and overlooked, warranted...
Read moreIt was horrible. I went there yesterday, with my coach. We both thought it was bad. It was dirty, no tables were clean at all. Nothing was stocked, napkins and ketchup cups, lids, and straws could’ve been filled. I’ve worked in customer service in fast food and it was just awful. The people were rude and all of them had attitudes. Another lady asked for bbq and the one lady working, rolled her eyes and made it seem like such a huge deal. The fries were gross as well, seemed like they were over cooked and sitting out. They got our order wrong because the young girl didn’t even care to repeat our order, even when we repeated what we didn’t want on our burger. We heard people complaining from the front with the plexiglass in front. There’s no reason we should hear workers complaining about their job or doing something, when there’s customers standing in the front ready to order. No one had a good attitude or seemed like they wanted to be there. They also seemed to care more about the ambulance at Arby’s then their job. If I could give Zero...
Read moreWithin the last two weeks my family has frequented this Merrill location for both breakfast and dinner amd within those last 2 weeks we have accumulated 6 free meal tickets 2 for breakfast because they forgot to place 3 out of 6 orders in the bag and 4 tickets for lunch/dinner because no one could get our order correct and forgot to place half our meal in the bag. When trying to use the free meal tickets they denied us to use them ONLY because they couldn't find our name in "THE BOOK" mind you yes the name changed due to getting married but I did provide them with both last names and after about 5-10 minutes and 10 cars behind me I pulled out. This McDonalds has the worst customer service and cannot get the orders right the 1,2 and sometimes the 3rd time. I usually am not a complainer and very passive but this has me blown away. Just wondering how long the community will stand for having to always go back because the order is not right. Cmon McDonalds step your game up and quit...
