Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Merrill

Can i leave zero stars?? Well 1 it is then. So this isnt my first time ordering from the Schofield Pizza hut. A few years back had a horrible delivery experience that ended with all food going directly into the trash. Well things can change and my daughter wanted pizza hut. Against my better judgement i placed an order for delivery. Some things never change!! Wrong toppings on pizza, breadsticks with a quarter inch on grease on top that were just not edible. Not even like cheesy breadsticks, just plain ol breadsticks. Also arrived cold. Called, complained, got a store credit for only half the amount i spent. Well i should have just left the store credit expire but nooooo!!! Decided to set myself up for yet another disappointing meal. Stuffed crust pizza that showed up is nothing like what i get from antigos amazing store. This thing i got from schofield was not only not cut but paper thin and again barley even warm. I know its not a pan pizza or nothing but its way to thin and the stuffed crust was super super greasy as well. I dont recall the stuffed crust being anything close to this at all from other locations. Well now we can talk about the boneless wings 🤦‍♂️… yikes!!! Someone most likely will get sick because im assumimg they are way undercooked by the look, taste and texture. The sauce they were dipped in tasted on point and rather pleasant but everything else about this meal was just horrible....

I wqs extremely disappointed with how i was treated as a customer.I walked into the local pizzahut qnd went to the counter. There was a staff sitting in a booth folding pizza boxes and said hi to me and asked what he can do for me . I said i have a carryout pick up and he said im busy right now i cant help you but someone else can .. I said okay . So i waited at the counter for several minutes while at least 4 to 5 staff saw me but didnt greet me or ask if i had been helped nothing and finally after 5 mins or more i was helped . Im.very disappointed that so many staff didnt even greet me as im the customer. I would have went qnd spent 60 somewhere else where i know i could be treated with respect as a human being and a paying customer. Very disappointed and that really changes how i feel about ordering...

I have ordered from this store many times. Each time I do, I order online and they never seem to get the order correct to my expectations. There is consistently waaaaaaay too much tomato sauce, regardless of specific instructions. Furthermore, when ordering more than one topping, do not expect to get a full amount of each that you order. It's almost as if they have a specific amount that they are willing give, and that amount is divided amongst the toppings you choose. For example, if you order a pepperoni pizza, you will get 24 pieces of pepperoni, if you order sausage and pepperoni, you will get 12 pieces of each. Should you order veggies, they will further reduce the amount of toppings to accommodate, even tho they still charge you for the full amount of each. Very unhappy with all of my...
