I will come back, BUT I wanted to love this place as much as the other reviewers seemed to and I just didn’t. Yet. I used to go to Teriyaki Kitchen which was located here previously. I have heard tons of my own clients raving about how good the food is. I ordered teriyaki chicken, crab Rangoons and a side of fried rice. The crab Rangoons were really good. To be honest I think I ordered wrong. I was told by people the teriyaki sauce was nothing special but I wanted to try it for myself. I should have listened. I would not recommend the teriyaki chicken. Maybe if you have a child that’s a picky eater it would be perfect for them. The side of fried rice was not amazing. I saw other reviewers saying the fried rice was good, and they might be right, but maybe they ordered the meal version. Maybe it tastes different than the side version? I was pleasantly surprised to get a side salad. It was so good. What ever the dressing was, it was so yummy and I will be ordering one the next time I go, for sure. I ordered online and picked up through their website. The service was quick and efficient. They do charge $1 service fee. Not a big deal. The restaurant was immaculate. I’ve never seen it look so great and clean in there! I will definitely be back to try the Ramen! I’ve heard amazing things about it. I definitely ordered wrong. lol I want to love this place as it’s been a staple lunch place in my work radius. I’d love to also try a few more appetizers. I will give them...
Read more[Lunch] Absolutely amazing food and service! The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat. They have a community board to pin your business cards to! Very thoughtful design and decor. They have a few big screens and one by the sushi bar was playing a sports game. It honestly didnt feel out of place at all. The outdoor patio is open and shaded. The service was fantastic and we felt very attended to. She bagged our left overs, too. ♡ We tried quite a few things. Seaweed salad. Veggie spring rolls. Orange chicken. Broccoli and beef. Salmon sashimi and salmon sushi. The rice was cooked perfect. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. They didnt skimp on the meat/protein either! There are a few vegetarian options. They have a seperate menu with large pictures of the meal for the Ramen and sushi roll menu. Love that they provide that option of accessiblity. I cant wait to go back and try one of their drinks, or get a mochi ice cream. If only I had an endless stomach! Prices were...
Read moreWord of the Day: Kuchisabishii - a Japanese word that translates to "lonely mouth." It describes the feeling of eating something, not because you're hungry or the food tastes good, but simply for the sake of eating something.
Don't sleep on their Happy Hour menu. The two of us sat down for a dinner of good eats. Salmon kama, jalapeño poppers, and pork belly baos were ordered along with some tonkotsu ramen and orange chicken. It was more than plenty of food and we had leftovers but hey, who is gonna say no to biting a salmon collar? Why choose the bear when you can be the bear? Nom! Everything we ate was good. Great quality, freshly made, and oh so tasty. I would skip on the pork belly baos though as the pork belly was sliced on the thinner side.
Great place! The interior is cute and clean with ample seating. This use to be Teriyaki Kitchen and I gotta say, the successor that is Bloomy Kitchen is a breath of fresh air compared to their...
