Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mesa

Pizza Hut has always been good to me.. in the sense of service &&food. This particular Pizza Hut honestly makes the whole chain look horrible. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza online and though I asked for it to be well done it came to me w/ cheese that made it look as if it had stayed in the over less than 5 minutes . Quite naturally I called to voice my experience . I was told I would receive credit or I can have a pizza sent out again but baked like i had asked in the beginning but i needed to return the original pizza.. ( since when ) Driver shows up.. Pizza looks just the same. Off the strength I had to wait an hour &&a half I was too hungry to wait on a 3rd but when I called to tell them what well done meant the same manager was rude and disregarded everything I said. His exact words : " Well we can't bake it anymore .. "

His attitude was horrible and though I wanted to be just as much of a dick as him.. I politely hung up &&here i am.

Thought the pizza and delivery service was perfect, no complaints. I've only had the pizza and bread sticks which are both really good, I like the original crust it's sturdy enough to hold the slice out without it folding down but soft and crunchy. I don't know how they do it but it's perfect every time. Plus the sauce and ingedients are much better quality than in the past. Will definitely order again!

So recently ordered delivery just one pizza and bread sticks, and they text when it's going out etc, their location is only 7 minutes from my place and it took them 20 minutes to get here. They estimated it would take 15-25 minutes total when I ordered which was around 3 pm and it took 40 minutes so I'm reducing my rating since they were late by a full 15 minutes. The pizza and bread sticks we're good but verging on being cold and they didn't give any parm or hot pepper packets this time either. I'll be using the one on Gilbert and baseline...

While on our trip, we ordered some pizza for our room, one pepperoni pizza with sausage and the other one with half pepperoni and the other half with jalapeños. When we got the pizza, the delivery guy was very nice and I gave him a tip, but when we headed to our beds, we opened them and it was a half pepperoni and half pineapple pizza! We called them back around 12:25 am and told them about our pizza and they said that they’ll give us a new pizza delivered. We waited until 1 am to call to see what had happened and they had told us it was very hard to get to our room and that they tired reaching us even though we had ordered our pizza before. At the moment it is 1:35 and we didn’t get our pizza that we ordered. This has happened before around the same time last year when I tried to order pizza on the phone. Dont try to buy pizza at 12...
