my friend and I went here for night splash! it's was about $35 a person and was open from 5:00 pm - 12:00 am on a Friday. the normal hours are 10 am to usually 10 pm. the majority of the rides on the west side were open aside from a few towards the golf area/kids section. the lines were pretty short for a friday evening and it was actually a really nice time. the place was all decked out for the spooky season and I made sure to take a lot of pictures. locker rentals were open and are pretty easy to use, one thing to note is the locker rentals does not dispense cash, so be sure to use exact change or card. if not the excess will go on a charge card that can be used in the arcade. we spent most of our time in the wave pool and lazy river and the rides were so much fun. it's better with friends, really. I took on an extra challenge and started a research project on some of the employees, getting a feel for which rotations they had the most fun with, how long until they gave up trying to get rid of the uniform tan lines. lol, it was an awesome experience and Nick? the supervisor? was super nice when I was giving him feedback on how well my friends and I were being treated and especially by the employees!!! they made my night fr. eva, ava and grace?? love you guys. cayler was cool too!!!

We (3 adults, two kids, 6y9m and 2y9m) chose a Thursday to go, we did the night splash which starts at 5pm due to extreme heat during the day (June29th). It was our first time there and we had little expectations besides that a friend said this waterpark was fun. We bought tickets online which were 30.99 for adults and junior, but also had to approach the counter because toddler ticket could not be purchased online as they check the height upon arrival. No problem though as there were no lines. The first impression was very confusing since the point of entry is not on the bottom of the map but rather in the center and once inside the park you have absolutely no overview towards the locations of the slides and their entry points. It takes some time to figure out which slide starts where, whether they are age appropriate for your kids and if you have to get the loop at exit or entry point. There is one very helpful sign/size chart at the entrance which we took a picture of but once the phones and map were in the locker, we were a little lost. Give yourself a bit of time to locate the slides at the beginning. Although the place itself is run down, the condition of the slides seemed perfect and the allover cleanliness was ok, bathrooms were constantly moped. Some spots throughout the park however smelled like pee but was hard to locate were it came from. Absolutely not recommended to eat anything but fries. The food is expensive and the quality is far below average. No outside food is allowed so make sure you eat well beforehand. Some people had picknick in the car outside, now we know why. Our daughter got sick after having the chicken strips so she missed out on the second round of sliding. Nevertheless the slides were so much fun, that we still give 3 stars. We would go back but leave out the food court next time. The taller the kids are, the more fun you have, because more slides are available. But even with mainly the Harbour Slides available our toddler had a blast. Lockers are available at the entrance and 12$ rental fee but can be opened and closed several times.

PLEASE READ! Aside from the rude staff and manager we encountered as well as ridiculous polices, what you need to know about is this place is physically dangerous. There is black algae growing in large patches throughout the wave pool and in all of the pools. It’s not paint, it’s slimey and definitely algae. The steps going over the lazy river on both sides are coming loose and are wobbly. Slides and bathroom doors are broken. Shower heads broken, so be prepared to lose some skin. The lazy river only has one way in and out and you must stay in the tubes at all times…why? Because there are literally sharp pieces of metal sticking up from the bottom and you will hurt your feet. Water is warm throughout the park, cloudy and dirty. Clearly no filtration and in 111 heat you need to be flowing in the cold water…It is clear that there’s little being invested into the care of the park. Don’t worry about saying anything to the staff. They are poorly trained, cannot explain their own policies or pricing and the manager was very clear that she does not care either. Golfland Sunsplash should get their name away from this facility. We truly have enjoyed their other parks, this one doesn’t come close in comparison. The only positive…security is contracted out (not Golfland employees) and they were super nice going in and out. Thank you to Dane from VGA who was willing to lend a helping hand and set an example of customer service. Please don’t waste your money or risk your health here!

We have been coming to Sunsplash for many years. The first time we came to Sunsplash my son wanted to go there for his birthday party when he was in middle school, and our most recent visit was for HIS SON'S birthday who is in middle school. Arizona is so blessed hot in the summer time, and kids with summer birthdays need a great place to go. While the prices have inches up year after year...we still find the funds to make it out at least one time. We used to buy season passes, but I am unsure if it is even an option any more? As we live all the way down in Coolidge AZ now, it wouldn't be a good idea to get them if they did for us. They have been upgrading/adding new rides which is great👍But the wave pool and other older attractions are in need of repairs as they have become obviously old and the bottom of the wave pool is like a rasp/sandpaper. Very unsafe.👎 The wait for food and ice cream at the concession stand and ice cream parlor both exceed 30-45 minutes. 👎So you can lose a huge chunk of your day waiting for food or a sweet treat. Our passes included the go-kart raceway as an added bonus, and the grandkids and we actually took great advantage of this (we went 6 times!) The attendants put on a good time 👍
