Read moreThe food is good, but the experience needs a lot of improvement before I would consider coming back. I would rather choose Korean BBQ instead.
The good: -Lots of variety of meats and vegetables -Food tastes good
Needs improvement: -The meat on the beef skewers is much smaller compared to the other options.
-The charcoal “grill” is very small. I would not recommend more than 2 people per party. We had a party of 5 and really only 1-2 of the 5 of us were able to cook the food at a decent rate.
-If the server doesn’t evenly distribute the charcoal, good luck in being able to use the full area of the grill. This is also why I strongly recommend not having more than 2 people per party.
-The skewers are buffet style/serve yourself and the area where the skewers are, are very crowded more often than not. It gets crowded to the point where it’s hard to move and creates a safety hazard. They also put the water and sauces in this area.
-The location of the skewers/water/sauces is right next to the entrance. So if you’re seated on the other side of the restaurant, you have to keep crossing back and forth through the entrance.
-The self serve water cups are very small, around the size of a fist. It would be better to have cups and a big water bottle at the table. So not only do you have to go back and forth multiple times for skewers, you also have to do it for tiny cups of water.
-They also charge for the charcoal and sauces unless you join their annual membership ($60/year). It feels like they’re trying to squeeze everything out of you as much...
Read moreThe restaurant provided a good meal experience that is different from anything else in the valley. With that being said the amount that you would spend is about what you would expect to spend at a high end Steakhouse if you want to get full. There are a lot of things that come out of cost which for American culture is a surprise, like spices and sauces and the coals to cook which are charged for as you are seated. This restaurant is a mega ala carte, per say, where you pay a set amount $1.20 for each skewer of food that you grab . Be aware of that once you grab it you cannot put it back . And there are some items that are too skewers for a single item like a chicken wing. This makes the a little high. And if you really want to get full that extra order of white rice is $1.50. Water is included but it is barely above room temperature. Over all it was a great experience for my party there were three of us one that did not have an appetite we spent $100.44. You could easily spend about $50 a person and not be full because the cuts of me are about the size of a large diced cut. And while I don't recommend eating this style if you're really really hungry , it is a great place to go if you want to get out and socialize with friends as it takes time for you to cook your meal we have a lot of time to talk with each other . I did see many tables that were engaged in conversation while waiting for their food to cook. It is definitely a restaurant that's...
