I would like to say that the employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. I went there because I had a birthday cookie and they had the strawberry pop tart. We waited to eat the cookie until after dinner. When we cut into it, there was no filling. Kinds keeps it from being a strawberry pop tart if there is no strawberry filling. I reached out to the store and they apologized that it was “not to my standards” and said that I could pick up a gift card for one free cookie, only at their location, and only within 24 hours. When I thanked them for reaching out but explained it would take more in gas to get it, they said that the stores are franchised and they could not spend $.57 to mail the gift card but I could spend $5/gallon to come get it within 24 hours. I still have them 3 stars because the service was good and timely, the young lady that helped us was very pleasant and the other cookie was good. It is just a shame this is the decision the owners of this franchise...

This place is crazy and yet at the same time it has me daydreaming about when the next time I’ll get to have one is. I’m not big on sweets but I’m sorry no one and I mean no one i know would ever turn down a fresh warm baked cookie? You..? That’s right none that I can think of either. So if you’re craving something sweet I but if you think for a second you’ll realize it’s one of these. Oh and if you haven’t had one yet then you’re missing out I think you need to grab your keys or even better yet order for delivery. I just figured out that they do that which is nice since I’m at home with my almost 2 month old. I can’t drag him around for something like a cookie (believe me I wanted to). So thankfully they will be coming to me. I’m one excited busy at home mommy. So I think I’ve said enough, go enjoy a cookie 🍪...

I'm a little late on my review, but better late than never. I have to give a big shout out to this location and the owner Jennifer. I called the day before their grand opening because I was having issues placing an order online. It turned out that they were only doing their soft opening that day, so the website wasn't doing delivery orders until the following day. When I mentioned to Jennifer that it was my nephews birthday and he was stuck at home not feeling well, she took it upon herself to get a box of cookies put together and personally delivered them to him that same day. I can only imagine everything she was dealing with trying to get the location ready for the opening the next day, but she took the time to make his day that much more special. That being said, the cookies are amazing too! Thanks...
