McDonald's — Restaurant in Mesa

I had the worst experience of my life at this McDonald's on Saturday. I ordered four strawberry pies and was given pies that were 5 hours old, I brought this to the cashiers attention and she got the manager who came over and looked at me blankly and asked me what I wanted her to do about it? To which I stated that I just wanted fresh pies. I was told it would be a 12-minute wait, okay that's fine. Went outside waited 20 minutes went back inside asked if I could get my prize now? I was told by the cashier that yes it would be just one moment the guy was boxing them now. Stood there waiting, a guy beside me was also waiting for strawberry pies. We both looked at each other as everyone ignored us and nobody gave us any pies. I could see the manager having a personal conversation with an employee to which I yelled across the table excuse me, can I get my pies now? She ignored. Then the guy next to me asked about his pies, he was also ignored. Next the cashier yelled to the back hey I need those pies all of them. To what she was told that there weren't any! At that point I was pretty upset and just said I want my money back. Very disappointed though because those pies are pretty delicious. The cashier said okay I can give you your money back but would you like apple pies instead, and I will also refund your money? I said okay that would be fine. To which the manager behind her said no, just give her her money back no extra pies. Well okay then! That manager is horrible at her job and I did call corporate to explain and complain about her attitude and actions. She yelled to me I have your refund over here, to which I stated well I'm over here and you can bring it to me. She didn't, she made me walk all the way to her and then dropped it on the table and walked away. Not to mention it was the incorrect amount! If this wasn't the closest McDonald's to me I would never be going back here again but because it is I unfortunately don't have much of a choice if I choose to eat at McDonald's. I really wish I could say that this was the first time that something like this has happened to me at this McDonald's but unfortunately it happens almost every single time I order strawberry pies from this McDonald's. It's very disappointed I really wish that they would just get it together. I am hoping that they will read this review and at some point contact me or just actually...

I have been going to this McDonald's for decades, we used to live at the trailer park behind it. I loved going there but after today no more, and it is not like they are going to miss my business but I am tired of their service. This was not the first time they sent me to wait for my food, and I ordered a simple breakfast with a coffee most of the time. I didn't mind but today I think it was the straw the broke the camel's back. They sent me to wait for a coffee and an oatmeal, I did that.... I waited and waited and waited on the other side of the waiting area because that area was already busy with customers waiting! Therea was even another person waiting on the handicap parking area, I remember getting mad but what can I do? Anyways after a good 10 minutes I looked and I saw an employee going to the other side looking for a customer with a little baggie, I had to get out of the car and asked her what was that and it was my oatmeal but no coffee, she yelled at me and she told me that she was looking for me for a while, that was a lie. And I said that's my oatmeal but where is my coffee? She yelled at another employee, she needs her coffee. Well, I thought that they were going to bring me my coffee, again, I waited and waited for a good 5 minutes no one showed up outside anymore... I went in and there wasn't a line, so I said, I have been waiting outside for a simple cup of coffee, a very rude manager asked me again what I was waiting for? And I said one of your employees was supposed to bring me my cup of coffee and she didn't do that, he said: SHE IS LOST! I was wow, how rude and disrespectul of his own employees, and then he yelled at another employee, give her the coffee. I got my coffee and I said, wow this is supposed to be a fast food service? There was an employee sitting there and she looked at me with an angry face. I do not care, this is not right! It wasn't like I ordered for...

I ordered 2 McDoubles one ewithout any onions. Keep in mind that I waited 20 mins in the drive thru. I get to the window and the wrong food was given to me. I honked my horn to call the worker back to the window to tell her the order was wrong. She tells her manager Ronnie and he comes to the window stating that he would not make the food over and threw the money at me. I still had one of the burger that was correct and since he give my money back and refused to make the other one right I wanted the money back for all the food. I told the girl at the window and she did not want to take it back so I threw the burger in the window. I sat there stating all I want is my money back. The manger Ronny comes to the window and says if you don’t leave I’m calling the police. The police comes and I told them what happened and he stated that it’s a civil matter and we can’t make them give you the money back and to call the corporate office. I highly recommend not going to this Mcdonalds. The wait is always long and the all the workers customer service skills is bad.
