Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

I am NEVER EVER disappointed with Papa Murphys..like NEVER! I have been to many different locations and each one is filled with friendly, hard working staff. I am always greeted the moment I walk in the door. My husband and I have decided for health reasons to switch our diet to the Mediterranean Diet. I thought pizza would be lost for forever! Nope! Papa Murphys has options for that as well! Heck they even have Keto options if you are into that! They are also accommodating to EBT. Yes they even take that! And what a treat to be able to bring home some fresh, delicious pizza when other wise it isn't an option financially to go out to a pizza joint.

And can we talk about the prices?!?! Super affordable! You can walk away with a family for $17.99!

My family is big so when I order, its a big order and I have never felt like they are inconvenienced. Not once. If you have a big family, you know what im talking about? The sideways glances, the huff and puff..yeah not at Papa Murphys!

I ordered online like I have done several times in the past. My wife went to pick it up. when she got there the kid told her he didn't have our order. My wife told him our credit card got billed so what could he do. He rudely told her that there was nothing he could do about it. After trying to engage the little turd in a conversation about what could be done about it, he kept blowing her off. All of a sudden our order popped up on his screen. He told her he sees it now. She asked what happened, He tells her that the system only updates every 15 minutes. You'd think the kid could of told her that up front, just to hold tight to see if the order comes up with the next update. But no, the kid was a compete jerk to her. Never tried to apologize or offer any kind of explanation for his rude behavior. Just said to her, "Here's your pizza."

All your liberal neighbors think these punks deserve $15.00 an hour. Go ahead and pay this kid the money because I will...

Ordered curbside and arrived early directly in front of the restaurant. Gave vehicle description upon ordering. Still waited in our vehicle until the order was 10 minutes late. Entered restaurant to inquire about my curbside order and restaurant was empty with all staff outside the backdoor??? Once they returned, I asked about my CURBSIDE order and they pointed at a rack and told me I could just grab my order( ORDERED CURBSIDE). I asked why the pizza was not brought to our car, as we gave a very clear vehicle description, and was told that we could've called. Staff was completely uninterested(lazy) in providing curbside service which we paid and tipped for. Totally unprofessional response and was completely disappointed with the service. Always been a huge fan of PAPA MURPHY'S but will never return to the Signal Butte location in Mesa. Good Service is...
