This is THEE only Starbucks that I visit where I don't want to visit anymore. Here's the laundry list of issues:

  1. Get disrespected by employees bc I used the mobile app & didn't give them 5 mins (when I gave them more than 6 mins)
  2. Getting my order wrong, never fails. Then I have to find another location to fix their blunder.
  3. When I ask for an extra 10 secs on croissants or 30secs for egg bites, they seem to burn it to a hard disc that is inedible, aka hard as a rock that would damage your windshield.
  4. Getting attitude when asking for a glass of ice when I ordered coffee without ice. For the record, I use the ice for my water tumbler and the rest to crunch on to stay awake for the drive home.
  5. The employees seem very unhappy with their job, aka the managers are not supporting and leading by example, aka underpaid and overworked, aka the shit rolls downhill. When in reality, the managers should take accountability for how poorly their employees are and either fix the situation or step down as managers. As people don't leave companies, they leave bc of management! Just saying that if employees are unhappy, it's a management issue.
  6. I don't like to have things shoved down my throat, including personal beliefs, religion, sexual orientation/identification, and politics. This place will definitely do that, even when you specifically state that you don't talk about that. So, if you want rude, disrespectful, mismanaged employees who are overworked and underpaid. Then this is your place. But, honestly, I will travel miles out of the way just to get better service, order done correctly, and wonderful employees who actually like working...

Mmm. So good :) They always have thee friendliest of staff working.. no matter what shift it may be. The drinks are always just right and so delicious.. and if it's not what you expected.. they will typically make you a whole new drink. However, you can try the drink, in advance, typically... especially if you have never had it before. The new drinks/seasonal coffees are usually out on sample a few times,which is a total added benefit for you and for the company: Starbucks.. I am sure that has helped them to sell plenty of frappuccinos and/or lattes. :) If you have the time to hang around there and socialize with some of your friends and family.. you'll quickly realize, the atmosphere is super inviting and welcoming to any and all groups of people. It is never judging, always uplifting and a fun, yet, quiet setting. This makes it possible for studying for those upcoming finals at school.. or preparing a presentation.

Starbucks may be considered to be one of the more costly coffee stops in town; however, I have yet to EVER Leave Any Location, having had a memorable experience. Making Starbucks MY Personal Number One Choice for wanting//needing a Perfectly made Coffee Drink.. Not to Mention their DeLiCi0US Pastries.. which you can ingest either warmed up or at room temperature. The Blueberry Muffin , Cake Pops, and the sausage with egg breakfast sandwich, are all Personal FAVORITES of MiNE!! :) ☆☆☆N0M♡N0M♡N0M☆☆☆

Thank you Starbucks.. for always satisfying my coffee cravings :)

I don't understand what it is about this Starbucks location but they evidently have a problem with people that are gluten free or on the keto diet! When ordering I ordered the sausage egg and cheese with out the bun I asked them please before they put it in the warmer to flip the egg and cheese over so that the cheese would be between the egg and the sausage, the reason for this is because when they put it in the bag all the cheese gets stuck to the top of the bag. Not only did they not do that when he stood right there and listened to what I was saying but when he put it in the bag he folded it flat between his hands and brought it over to me. Which smashed all the cheese to the top of the back. When I walked over and showed it to him and said this is the reason I ask you to please flip the egg over and put the cheese in between the sausage and the egg. The guy said well I didn't hear you say to do that he stood right on the other side of the counter while I was talking to in explaining that it would stick to the top of the bag!! He was very rude & walked away!! Didn't offer to remake it or anything. I don't understand what the big deal is you're just taking the bun off and flipping the cheese over! This is the only location that I have an issue with when I try to order...

Definitely wasn't the best experience. Especially since it was 3pm and dead. Maybe they were understaffed? One barista for the front end and drive thru? I'm super patient, really I am. Especially because I worked in service for many years. But, even when shift change came, not one co worker came to help him. I waited 15 mins for a tall white chocolate espresso. The woman in front of me waited longer for her 2 drinks. Maybe it was an off day there? Then, some lady wearing her face mask around her chin walks in, makes her rounds, all over the dining area, then to place her order not once wearing her mask. The only one in the store not wearing one. Sadly, not even one employee mentioned this and no one told her to mask up. This ad she was talking to the guy behind the counter. (who was wearing one) Not the finest Starbucks experience today. On the plus side, this is probably my first not so good experience in Starbucks in 10 years.

My Venti Green Tea Frappuccino and Blueberry Oatmeal came across as purposely incorrect through a complex progressive discovery, as if they completely ignored or disrespected the customization of my mobile order. It took three trips back to the counter after sitting down to partake and complete my nourishment. Along with the seeming purposeful sabotage of my order and poor quality drink was the overwhelming presence of snobby and maliciously judgemental gossiping customers. They've taken my tips for granted and a grain of salt with no sign of appreciation and I sense if I returned after the reading and gossiping of this review they would undoubtedly sabotage the next order of mine they could with bodily fluids or some similar form of socio-psyche-pathological-evilness.
