AMAZING experience with this coffee shop. It's a little pricey, but.. superb customer service, the 20oz comes with four shots of espresso, and they have a giant selection of options for both flavors and non-dairy milks (100% recommend the macademia-nut milk).

My last experience there was the best customer service I've ever had. The guy at the window was so nice. I asked for a latte but forgot to specify iced so it was made hot (completely understandable- lattes are pretty much default hot unless said otherwise) and when he went to hand it to me I said "oh man I thought it was going to be iced" but I was going to take it anyways. I felt really bad because there was a car behind me in line but he wanted me to leave happily with exactly the drink I wanted. Another worker walked over to the other car to get started on them so they wouldn't have to wait. Even though he had no obligation to do that, he did it with a smile.

Today I visited this location on my break, I work in the same plaza, wanting to drink hot peppermint coffee. Medium. They gave it to me cold. I told them and it took them 5 to 7 minutes to heat it up... I wanted to leave it because I had to go back to work.. I grabbed the cup and it was super hot, but when I tried it it was water with milk and minimal peppermint flavor. I let them know and the two young ladies just looked at me without saying anything. I asked myself, don't they have supervision? Do they do as they please? Very disappointed with the service and the inconsistency in the preparation of the product.. At work they asked me what happened to me? When I told them about my bad experience, I found out that some of them also went through this. Even a customer heard and told us about his bad experience at the same location. Of course I left the cup there... and I lost my 6.12 dollars...

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered and paid through a delivery app, the driver arrived to pick up my order and was told that one of the items was not paid for. Despite showing them the order, and the item being on their own order ticket, the manager refused to give the item to the driver stating the store was not provided full payment and was losing money on the order. There were 3 items on my order, a 24oz iced coffee, a muffin top and an egg, sausage and waffle sandwich. The manager on duty apparently thinks that a coffee and a muffin top is $25, because the sandwich was not paid for? The poor driver was in the middle of a difficult situation and handled it very well. I won't be returning to this location, either in person or via delivery, which is a shame because there are so few alternatives to starbucks these days and the coffee...
