I came here after my daughters gymnastics class and ordered 3 of their hungry deals that come with 4 chicken strips. We waited for a while in the drive thru and we’re asked to “pull to the front because they were making fresh chicken.” After a pretty long wait, I was brought my order and got home and opened it to find there were only three chicken strips in there. I called the store because that was really frustrating and didn’t want it happening to someone else and spoke to a manager named Molly. She said that she would give me two free meals on my next visit. I came in for them and let the girl behind the register Alyssa know what happened and what the manager Molly had said. She said She had left already and went to get a manager , Steven was his name, and said they have something wrong with their order while rolling her eyes. He came to the counter and asked me what was going on and I explained it. He had major attitude as if it was a huge inconvenience and coming out of his own pocket, and rudely asked if she wrote my name down. I said I didn’t know as I called on the phone and was assuming she did as my number was asked for. He just walked away and left me standing at the counter... then told the girl you have another order so I just stepped to the side. Upon making the order you could hear some girl sarcastically say, “always give the customer what they want” while laughing. I have always gone to this location because I have family that have lived near there for the last 25 yrs, but I will not be stopping here again. Horrible...
Read moreThis Dairy Queen is very stingy with their products. I continue to go there only because it is the nearest to my home. The bathroom frequently smells like sewer. They have frequent changes in staff, making ordering difficult at times. My daughter once dropped her hamburger on the floor and they charged us for another one. They charge for ranch dressing. I once ordered a burger through the drive thru, only to find long fingernail imprints in the bun when I got home. On several occasions, I have ordered (extra cost) a blizzard with extra goodies only to find the same amount in it as when I don't pay for extra. The most recent special blizzard was made by the owner. When I returned the blizzard, I was not treated kindly. I almost felt as if they were not going to fix the problem. More times than not, our experience there is not a good one. I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN! I even remember the blizzard coming out when I was a kid. I am a die hard fan. If you want a good Dairy Queen, go to the one near Banner Gateway Hospital. It is on Higley, south of HWY 60. At the Higley Dairy Queen, they get your order right, they serve you with a smile, the blizzards come with adequate amounts of goodies, the bathrooms are clean and you can enjoy ranch with your meal without...
Read moreToday my husband was assaulted at this Dairy Queen by the manager Alyssa. He was picking up a DoorDash order and she asked him to confirm the order which he did. She did not ask the driver of another race to confirm their order they were able to walk right out of Dairy Queen. After he confirmed his order and tried to walk out she assaulted him tackled him, ripped the bag from his arms and scratched him she blocked him from exiting the restaurant with the bag. I was outside he called me to alert me that she would not let him out of the restaurant when I walked up to the door she had both arms blocking the door. I open the door and asked her to move to let him out and she would not. I told her that if she did not move she will be charged and I will be calling the police that she is holding us against our will inside the restaurant. She was trying to accuse him of stealing the DoorDash order that he was picking up. I do not appreciate this type of behavior from a restaurant and cannot believe a manager would do something like this …absolutely absurd we will be contacting an attorney. If I could leave zero...
