So let’s start with the shift in the evening around 8pm on Wednesday, October 5th. They had two flirtatious people up front a line of 5 of us waiting, while they kept saying “idiotas” to one another. I asked can we place our order, they laughed. The manager would look to the front but he only kept the drive thru moving. So many employees passed by us, we didn’t get “i’ll be with you”, “sorry for the wait”, “thank you for waiting”, NOTHING. The most untrained employees, no name tag, not wearing proper uniform and a girl kept handing out food incorrectly, she kept apologizing by saying, “oh my bad” really? Embarrassing. We all stood there like OMG. Because followed by her “oh my bad” was a laugh! This McDonalds can really take some pointers from the McDonlds just down the road, amazing service, CLEAN, FRIENDLY and ORGANIZED. The most disgusting part was that the two flirty people were eating fries and then handing out cups with their greasy prints all over the cup. That’s just unsanitary. No organization, lack of leadership, it’s a mess. For more than 10 minutes we stood there and NONE of these employees acknowledged us. There was a dasher who had to cancel his order because they kept saying it’s coming up. 1/2 hour later he said he cancelled the order, I don’t blame him.
I get it, it’s fast food, there’s no excuse for not providing good customer service. I worked at McDonald’s, so I’m not mocking people who do! Customer service goes a long way, even if we have to wait.

The young man who answered the speaker was immediately rude wasnt helpful at all I tried to ask what the young employee said I know I could hear was window so I pulled into the window and got a receipt from nice sweet young lady pulled to the next window. Im trying to find out who I spoke with on the drive-through speaker. The person did not show their face nor did they apologize for their, unprofessional behavior in their place of business. The other employees said I dont know who it was but it wasnt that guy and it wasnt that guy so for whoever it was. I dont appreciate the rude customer service when this is a place that I spend a lot of money at and I feel like I should be compensated for the disgusting behavior from your employees. Not only is this not the first time that I’ve had a bad experience with this place, but it’s convenient because I live down the street and I can go in as many times as I want and tell them to remake my food, but I am so tired of the ugly behavior if you don’t want a job there to have customer service don’t work there at all. Read moreAlways a super long wait. Order is always wrong. Tried using the mobile order and waited 3 times as long and ended up having to go in 3 times anyway. This is the only Mc D's near us so we don't really have a choice. The owner should make some serious changes! Update 12/07/20 still just as bad another online order, another wasted trip through the drive through anyway because the order was wrong. Got home to 2 missing orders of fries. Tried calling for over an hour, no one answers the phone... these people are the WORST!!!! Where is the franchise owner? Ha!! Want another update? 4/12/22!
