Mi Pueblito Taqueria Mesquite — Restaurant in Mesquite

Waited for about 10 min for my food while the rest of the table had theirs. Food arrived cold with missing ingredients (ordered enchiladas michoacanas) were missing the potatoes and carrots as stated on the menu. The chicken also looked old and over cooked. Told the waitress, she took the plate back. Came back with microwaved plate still missing ingredients. I gave up at that point as most of my family was done eating and asked to just remove off tab and take the plate back. I left hungry and disappointed, and because I do not like confrontation I did not make a fuss. So if you are thinking of eating...

Bad service, we were not offered chips or drinks when we first sat down the waitress was more interested in taking our order, when we did get our drinks they were in a can and she didnt even offer us any cups of ice. Maybe its because we were white, I did notice she was more talkative to the hispanic couple next to us, they were out of fajitas and lengua at the time. Food was bland, place felt dirty. Tables were sticky. Waitress was just weird I dont know if its because im white and my wife is hispanic or what it was, we felt like we were not...

Best authentic Mexican food in area. Friendly staff and food comes with all the "toppings". I forgot "BYOB" last time. Main sign needs more lighting at night, but inside is spacious and nice.

Birria quesadillas with dipping sauce is so good, and the red pozole. You can get thicker homemade tortillas also. They can make any traditional mexican dish if you ask, I will try echiladas...
