Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Metairie

I’ve had so many bad experience in the past form Domino’s, especially when I lived in the Irish channel with the Tchoupitoulas location. But let me tell ya the guys at 3737 Jefferson Highway are freaking fantastic. I’ve lived in the area for a year now and my pizza has never been more than 30 minutes away usually a lot faster which I don’t expect. Everything has been fantastic and tastes good. This comes from a professional chef of 30 years of mostly fine dining restaurants that makes his own pizza when he has time .I was so used to the bad service and terrible pizza from the Tchoupitoulas location and the lackadaisical care of a what do you expect from the corporate owner, that I swore and never would touch dominoes again. That being said, when we first moved into our new house with no groceries, I caved in and order from Domino’s. This was from the Jefferson Highway location. I was so pleased with the quality and the time it got to me, that I often order from them when I’m too tired to cook. The staff has always been fantastic in the product is delivered in a timely manner and hot. I which I’m not used to. Not every meal Hass to be a five-star experience but it does have to be hot and well prepared with pride. The guys at this location do it time and time again. *UPDATE * after recently receiving contact from the owners of the Domino's chain after years following the previous review, they choose to compensate for the previous service that I recieved. To extend an apology and request me back as a customer was extremely flattering as well as appreciated I am updating my rating to five stars not specifically because of the owners contact but more so to the fact that since the years of my previous review when the customer service and the product created was less than acceptable to a completely new revamped store and crew with a product that is well beyond What It once was. RPM Pizza the owners of the local Domino's chain has done a great job and I do recommend ordering from their facilities to see the Drastic change in quality & service, when going directly to the store myself to pick up the pieces that I ordered I was amazed to see that they have a quality assurance check prior to boxing your pizza in sending it out and when presented to me they showed me the pizza to ensure that it was done correctly it was piping hot and all ingredients were fresh again I am highly impressed with the change and I commend RPM pizza for what they have done and definitely believe they should continue on. five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟...

I'm not sure if it is store policy or not but the doors were locked and we were denied entry. Not a problem. Maybe it was for security reasons. An employee (guy with big hair) opened the door and came across rude. I must say the order was placed online and submitted at approximately 12:25am, close to 1am. The store manager, Shelby Robinson saw me waiting outside of the window, talking to my lady and asked if I needed any help. I replied, the other employee already helped me. I told her I didn't like her energy and asked for the head store manager's name. She replied, she is the top manager over the entire store. I felt as if she was pulling a fast one. Not 100% sure. I asked her the name of the rude employee (name tagless) so that I could voice my complaint. She replied, I.do not have to tell you the name of my employee(s). Not professional. I come to this location everytime I am in town, but do not feel if will return ever again unless there's some sort of resolution.
