I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR FOOD OR DRINKS.... I ordered dinner from there sat night and what i ordered was simple the place was empty and it still took almost an hour for me to reseve my order. I ordered waffle cheese fries which came in a huge to go box but had maybe a female handle of fries in it. Granted i had to take the first order of them back and had them remake them because they had bacon on them and i asked for cheese fries and the cheese on top looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Now might i add the price of these fries were 8.00 to began with. Well i also ordered two burgers for my sister and I. They were supposed to be medium and the only differance between mine and my sisters burger is mine came with their " signature house sauce"! Signature my but it was bbq sauce in a container. Now i forgot to say we ordered this all to go because we were next door at 3rd base sports bar playing darts. Now if you ever wanna go somewhere prices are good , everything is extremely clean and the people are amazing. So anyways I requested for it to be a to go order. Well when I went back to have the fries fixed the bartender had a very bad additude and was way more worried her phone convo then the custmors. Well anyways even we had requested it to go she didnt put the packages of condamints in the bag for the burgers. Well ive been in the food business before so I do understand that you forget sometimes. Well when i asked her if she had any she hand me the big ones you put at a dine in table. I said mam our order was to go and everything is next door. She says we dont have those here but ill see what i have in back to put the condaments in. Which is fine but you would figure that a place whom takes take out orders would have them. Specaily since you know your sell a buger with bacon and bbq sauce cost u $13 dollars and just a plain cost you $11. Well as I stated before , I or anyone else i know will not be going to the whiskey cowboy ever again if i have my way. Plus they are never open on time ever it says 11am til 2pm is half price food but they are never open for 11am. So i DO NOT recomend this place...
Read moreName, food, and atmosphere change... all for the worst! Smart of the owner to reduce their menu and give the place a face lift if it had been done correctly. ALL the food was bland, poor quality, and over priced. The green beans didn't come with bacon. The brisket looked and had the consistency of ground/chopped dog food and was very clearly NOT brisket but roast beef. A much cheaper and sad substitute. The pulled pork you HAD to add the sauce to which we had to request and was not already provided. The "texas" toast, was just normal bread toasted. Smh on top of that the previously named Waterloo will NOT be bringing back trivia night. The one remaining shred of hope I had for the place. It's very sad that this once homey and well liked hole in the wall place has not taken into account their customers at all and will have to start over with a new...
Read moreI’m not one for going to Saloons (bar), but have discovered some of the best places to get a bite to eat is in the local bar and grills. Whiskey Cowboy Saloon always has cars filling up the lot, spilling out onto the street in the evenings. And thanks to finally trying it out as a friend was celebrating his birthday, I found a new favorite place. I had the Steak & Lobster special (only on Fridays, I believe and I recommend calling to reserve a lobster ahead of time), and it topped any five star restaurant for freshness and taste. Steak was seared to perfection and the lobster cooked just right. I also found out they have the best Karaoke crowd in the south. Amazing group. It was like getting a...
