Such a pretty creole creamery location! The pink store walls and huge menus make it colorful. It was really empty when we went though with just two workers and upbeat background music. There's a few outlets up on the walls by seating area. Free parking lot around the store because it's in a plaza. There's 5 tables with a bunch of colorful chairs around. Got the Cracker Jack affogato sundae. It wasn't my style though, strong caramel flavors with some crunch from the caramel popcorn and peanuts. The espresso and ice cream was refreshing together though (good combo). I think I'd rather try the smores but that's prob bc I'm a more chocolate and crunch person.

I recently ordered a birthday cake from Old Metairie Store, and I must say, the flavors they offer are absolute delicious. However I was a little disappointed in how the cake turned out in terms of its appearance. Decoration was barely and my son’s initial letter’s name was written in lower case. Before the party, I went to the market for extra cream and cookies and made myself a quick fix. Finally, the cake made us enjoy a great celebration. In summary while the flavors and range of options at The Creole Creamery are impressive, the visual presentation wasn’t the best. I hope they will take the feedback to improve their design execution in the future.

I visited here today . . . Didn’t feel very welcomed but anyway the young woman helping me was fairly cordial but I was taken back by her touching multiple surfaces and then with her BARE hand grabs the wafer and placed it in my bowel. I politely threw the wafer way (regardless of me wanting it)…but with all the illness going around we have to do better. Tongs should be available or at the very least a paper towel

I been a creole creamery customer for over 20 years, and was happy to see the Metairie location open. 9/19 I popped in for some creole cream cheese. . I did not have a mask, there was no body in the store. I not been challenged for a mask before as late as last Sunday. The young lady said I need a mask I informed her I had both my Shots. A tall blond with long hair who had not been involved in the conversation injected her self into the conversation and informed me with great glee I would not be served! I seen her strut around like she was somebody special before. I was extremely impressed with her self importance and resolve. I will assure you I will never enter your establishment without a mask again, even when the mandate has been lifted! The creole creamy brand has lost a 20 year customer. As a busness owner I would be concerned about employees who are so happy to turn away busness especially when the...

Stopped by after dinner to satisfy my sweet tooth. They offer some crazy flavor combinations that I would never expect yet they somehow work. I enjoyed trying the different flavors. The gal who served me was so kind friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. There is a sign explaining a 3 sample limit, and I didn't see it until after my 8th sample probably, but she never once gave me a dirty look or refused me a sample. I did apologize to her for not seeing the sign and asking for more samples. She was completely sweet about it and did not make any kind of deal over it. And this place was jam packed with a line out the door and she was still the best. Awesome customer service! I highly recommend this place for dessert. It was a bit noisy because there were so many people inside, but other than that, fantastic place Follow me on FB and IG for more of my reviews @...

The service is always quick and friendly. The staff are always energetic and quick to respond to customers. They listen carefully and take orders quickly. They prepare everything quickly, like each has years and years of training. The place is always clean as well. Beautiful with so many tasty treats. The ice cream and sorbets are the highlights of course. With different flavors, both seasonal and year round, there is always something new and tasty to try. I had The Golden Summer Fig ice cream and Paloma sorbet the last time I went. I got them both as baby scoops. My wife got the Blueberry Bergamot sorbet and Green Fairy. All four were choices. Try...
