The manager of this establishment has no buisness making blizzards or dealing with customers. The last 2 times (in a row) I have gotten a blizzard, he has given me the most liquidy unblended blizards I have ever seen. The first time this happened noticed he handed me the blizzard very carefully and did not tip it over per usual practice. The moment I looked at it ans noticed it was pure liquid I promply asked for my money back. He did not apologize and gave me some excuse blaming an ingredient and returned my money. Today, I sent my boyfriend to get blizzards (we live right down the road). He told me he thought it was strange because they gave him blizards with soda lids on them and failed to do the tip trick once again. Upon opening our blizzards they were a milky watery mess wirh huge chunks of unblended ingredient. I asked him who made them and it was the same manager. We failed to return to get the issues fixed because he is so unpleasant and unapologetic its not worth the frustration. If the manager is not making it the ice cream is excellent, if hes at the window just keep driving (inless youre craving a glass of milk, hes got you covered). Read moreThey are all teenagers. It took 30 min in the drive thru. I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket and a cheese burger for my friend. I got my food and my friends burger was wrong and they put RANCH DRESSING IN MY BASKET which I thought could have been a mistake. NOPE went back in to them laughing and making fun of the the fact that they did it. So they did it on purpose and thought it was funny. So I made them give me a refund.
