Stopped here while on vacation with my little boys. Ordered the “best pulled pork nachos” with no sour cream and the southern style tacos with no pico, cilantro, and ranch dressing. Got the nachos as ordered and was pretty good. Cody was the cashier and brought out the food. When the tacos came they were covered in ranch dressing. I politely stopped Cody and told him that I asked for no ranch dressing. Cody then proceeded to say “no you didn’t, no you didn’t, you only asked for no cilantro and pico”. I said ok then to avoid the fight with him. Cody then walked off and started laughing about it. My brother then went up to the counter and Cody continued to say that I didn’t ask for no ranch dressing, then he said we don’t have to remake your order or give you a refund. A manager was finally brought to the front name Kate. She refused to talk and just laughed under her mask. The cook then came to the front counter to try and resolve the issue with my brother. After watching the way Kate and Cody acted I finally came back inside to say something about it. I asked Cody to speak to a manager. Kate then came back to the front counter. Kate then said that they could remake the food after they already took the tacos back. I explained that I was fine with not having the food remade, but didn’t appreciate the way they laughed and made fun of my family over the incident. Absolutely wont be back and recommend NOT eating there if Cody is the cashier or if Kate is the manager.

Since you looked back at the camera you would see that all 10 of our party was wearing mask till we sat down to eat. Secondly we all asked our make on while we ordered our food. Which if you looked at the cameras you would have seen that. Third I know for a FACT that we ordered it without stuff and it was still made with that stuff on it. Not your cooks fault definitely the fault of Cody the cashier. Customer service and communication with customer truly lack from Cody and the manager Kate.
