McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexico

Let me start by saying the dining room is closed. I'm assuming lack of staff or inability to be considerate to their customers.

Ordered approximately 50.00 in food through the drive-thru. Ordered to a polite gentleman who did not repeat the order back but they have a good screen so you can clearly see your order so repeating was not necessary.

Paid for food at first window. No issues same gentleman who took the order also took our payment.

Arrived at second window to a young lady who was also very pleasant. Ask her if everything was in our bags or if more was coming and she said nope that's everything. We asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets. Woman kindly gave us both.

We left the drive thru and began handing food out to the various parties in our vehicle. Opened our special order sandwich and there was supposed to be extra sauce and pickles. There were pickles but the sauce was less than minimal for even a sandwich with regular sauce. My husband proceeded to walk up to the window as the line was long and their lobby is not open.

Upon arrival he explained that we asked for extra sauce. Our label said extra sauce and extra pickles, she was kind and took the sandwiches back through the window (error number 2) she handed them back to the lady and told her to put more sauce on them. (Error 3) the woman began cussing loud enough for my husband to hear about here's your extra fu*king sauce on our sandwiches. He asked the polite woman is that woman speaking about me? I certainly hope not as I paid to have extra sauce put on those sandwiches. She then told the woman in the back to quiet down as the customer could hear her.

Polite young woman hands the sandwiches back through the window and my husband notices that the cashier is wearing a manager's uniform. Obviously he is still pretty upset by the woman's irate behavior and wanted the manager to be aware. (We are out of town. Have no intention of returning and nothing to gain by bringing this to their attention.) The manager proceeds to tell my husband who has not yet spoken to the woman who was belligerent in the back of the store. Only spoke to the polite young woman at the 2nd window and now the manager at the first window. The manager says he cannot allow my husband to speak to women like that. He says I haven't even spoken to that woman and she's the one who was cussing about me. The irate woman appears at the window and tells my husband he can leave at anytime. He tells her that her sandwich making skills were not up to par and he has a valid complaint. She said she makes her sandwiches perfectly. I worked at McDonald's myself for more than 6 years. It takes a full pump of sauce to satisfy a filet o fish. There may have been 1/4 of a total squirt on the sandwich. See photos. Really glad I'm not from that area. Would not recommend them. Never appreciate being cussed at for expecting the staff to do their job and give you what...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too every time they don't just mess your order up in one way they mess it up in every way possible. I paid for bacon on 3 Mc crispy and I got 2 plain.( Mc crappys) with 3 pickles on them. The bag meal I got only ketchup had so much ketchup on it I could had saved some for the next 4 sandwiches and they're was no drink and no nuggets and when I brought this all to there attention they tried to fix and couldn't even comprehend it was wrong . Then when I go back to the store to get whole order replaced the manager Dean I think his name was was really ignorant and sarcastic. I have alot of patience but these people are lazy ignorant and incompetent. Someone needs to fire 3/4;of the store and baby sit the rest until they care enough about there customer to attempt to make the order right instead of acti g like you don't see me knocking on the window. If anyone from McDonald's wants the explain why there customer service is so bad and why there manager is ignorant to people who are polite and patient just wanting what they paid for id love to know so.eone cared enough to address this after so many horrible...

I ordered a 2C Deluxe with no onion cheese or salt on it and they gave me a regular quarter with only ketchup mustard pickle I went back thru and told them what happened they pull me around to remake it after handing them the receipt and gave me another quarter made the same way idk y it’s so hard to read the tickets when making food as I know the managers make them use the tickets on day shift night shift is lacking a lot with all these teenagers and the people worst attitude from these little girls not only did the mess up my order they gave me old a** fries and not even filled up half way this is horrible I used to work here until everything went downhill trying to juggle everything at once but one thing for sure I always read the tickets and made sure I made the food as ordered it’s not that hard to simply read I don’t recommend eating here at dinner time highly...
