Miami Crab & Seafood/Bakery — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

Edit: this has become among my favorite things to eat in the whole world. I drool just by thinking of it. Gotta love their fried lobster. If not, your taste buds are dead. It's unbelievable, and I can't get enough of it. Also try the lobster bites woooow, absurdly amazing. I'm going to order right now and be happy for the rest of the day woohoo. I'm in love with all this fried deliciousness, God Bless America.

The place is not fancy, nor is it pricy. More like a relaxed laid back stile, with Bob Marley music on the background, and his own quotes on the walls. It doesn't have tables with chairs, more like a bar-table against a wall with like 15 stools. If you can take that, then don't think about it, just go. You will not regret it.

Also, I've ordered through Ubereats and it was delicious, absolutely amazing. Took a little while to get here, but hey, Ubereats is slow sometimes no matter where you order from. Also, since Ubereats customer service sucks, some people decide to write terrible reviews.

It's dreadful that someone would give a one star review to a great kitchen in Yelp, just because their Ubereats driver was not on time or too far away from the restaurant at pickup time. When they first opened they had great customer service and the food was amazing! I remember calling them back one day and telling them wow keep up the good work! Well..That didn't last long as soon as they got a little known the business quality & food quality changed. The people Answering the phones always seemed to be in a bad mood, they would get upset because the couldn't hear you but the noise was coming from their side. The prices they show on the menu (on the site) are not their prices do not be fooled. I called one day ordered the same plates I would always order, when they told me the total I asked them to please explain why so much? The already rude lady tells me the prices, the plate that was $12.95 was now $20.95?? And the one that was $9.95 was now $15.95! That extremely expensive and a huge jump in prices let's be realistic that's what a plate in a high end restaurant would cost. Not for a mom and pops! I guess business going good for them has gotten to...

The food was overpriced and honestly burned and not very good. The place was ridiculous as far as prioritizing customer experience. They had no ICE, and we're keeping the drinks in an old bakery display sealed with A/C ducting tape, but I guess thats fine because they had 5 flat screen Tv's lol its a joke. Spend your money where it makes your business better. To be the icing on the cake, this place will charge you to use a credit card to do business with them which is some of the most unprofessional and offputting nonsense I've ever heard of. Save your money and go to Bud's, way better food and service for half the price. Another example of why Jamaican restaurants that sell to Jamaicans as a target audience don't succeed. They dont care at all about there fellow coutrymans experience and dont try to uplift you in the least hoping that a sense of national pride alone will keep...
