The staff are very disrespectful. I'm shocked. I ordered online and the wait time was 70-80 minutes which was understandable due to a game day. I did not want to wait so I called the store to cancel. The first man that answer DaNelson answer in a rush. When I informed him I wanted to cancel my order he asked me something that I could not make out. So I asked if he could repeat himself. Again I could barely understand him and ask him to say it once again. He rudely put me on hold. I was confused because I didn't hear any music and assumed I was disconnected by accident. So I hung up and called back. DaNelson answered again this time I heard him clearly if he could put me on hold which I agreed. There was no hold music. After what seemed like a 1 minute hold a sweet young lady answered to my hold and I asked her for the DaNelson name because I felt he had been very rude. I informed the young lady to cancel my order. She confirmed once she had canceled it and I was told that my money will return within 48 hours. About 45 minutes later I get a call from the Papa Johns driver stating that he is by my house. I informed the driver I had canceled the order and I was told my money would be returned. I was a bit nervous so I called the store back to confirm once again that my order was canceled. Another man answered the phone. I told him what happened and he paused. Then he asked for my number. I have him my number. He then read back the wrong last 4 digits of my number. When I corrected him he read back completely different digits. I spoke louder in case he could hear me and gave him the numbers again. He then read back an incorrect last digit and repeated it twice to me. I said no, gave the number again! He then read another completely different digit for the last number. I then could hear his colleagues laughing in the back! I was appalled and informed this man that I would write the General Attorney office, contact the better business bureau as well as contact the Regional Corporate Office. Read moreThis is the second time I've ordered from papa johns and I can say that I am horribly disgusted by the customer service. First encounter with this store I ordered at 11:45am on Thursday October 20th, 2016 and the pizza was not delivered until 1pm and when I asked the manager why is it taking so long she replied we're busy. After expressing my frustration she gave me a free pizza next time I order. Now today I called at 8pm and place an order to received my free large pizza. At first the woman with a heavy accent said she didn't see the note on my account after giving her the exact date and time she said she saw the note for the free pizza. She did inform me that the wait time would be more than an hour and asked me if I mind waited I replied no because I didn't pay for the pizza. My pizza was suppose to arrive by 9:20pm and at this time it was 9:55pm so i decided to call to get an update on where my pizza was. The same woman who took my order tongight answered and w/o saying hello placed me on hold and then picked up the phone and hung up, when I called back and she ask me to hold I replied no because last time she hung up on me and she argued with me and got loud with an attitude saying she didn't do such thing when clearly she did because I had to call her back. When I politely told her I know it's busy but it's going on almost two hours since I placed my order, I just wanted to know when my pizza would arrive? She replied back w/ only one word: "soon" and hung up in my face again. This place is horrible they have 0 customer service skills and they act like THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON WHY THEY'RE WORKING AT PAPA JOHNS!! I'm clearly upset and mad because I wanted my free pizza HOT & FRESH instead I got a COLD, GREASY, AND DINGY pizza. I'm highly upset and bothered, I'm very upset. This is the last time I will ever order from papa John's. 10 minutes ago I received my online order for two pizzas one pizza shy. 2 minutes after I placed my order I got missed a call. Upon calling back I was put on hold several times then a very rude guy tells me they never called me. Like I was some crazy person stalking them. Apparantly he doesn't have a clue how phones work. Not like I was calling from my rotary dial princess phone and clearly I was calling the caller ID of Pizzarrias LLC. I said ok and he hung up. Please note I also got a confirmation email confirming my order of 2 pies. So when the very confused driver only delivered one pie I said Ok not his fault. Called to ask where 2nd pizza was, told the guy about first call and he says oh sorry he is new but we didn't have thin crust so we didn't know what to do. I tell him I need the 2nd pizza. He says he will give me a free one with regular crust if that's ok. I'm like great and please say something to the other dude about his attitude. So he puts me on hold, comes back on the line and says sorry my manager says you need to pay. I told no thanks I've been ordering from there for years and this will be the last time thanks. It's been 6 years of spoty service, wrong orders, cold pizzas and general bulls**t. I am going to order from Pronto pizza around the corner from now on.
