Wonder Wok — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I walked in and had to use the bathroom before I ordered. The toilet wasn't flushed, no toilet paper, and no hand soap, the bathroom was a mess/dirty. I went to ask the lady in the front, which is the owner for some soap, she immediately got an attitude. Then I pointed to some soap that she had behind the counter because she was acting like I was just out of luck. She huffed and puffed, grab the soap and gave me one squirt like that's all I needed. When I was about to order I see her give a look to my sons when they was walking to the bathroom, she already confirmed to me the men's bathroom actually had soap, and it didn't. I started to explain to her how rude she was when she started talking to me and all she could say was why she didn't get to go to the store to buy soap yet and totally ignored what I said because I said it was how she said it's not that you didn't have soap so I reminded her again how rude she was and she's lucky I'm even spending money with her still and she got nicer All Of A Sudden!...

Back when I was a child this place was amazing, but once management changed I don’t know what happened. I haven’t eaten from here since they’ve been on dirty dining on channel 10. You can even find their violations online look it up. I decided to give them another chance and worst decision of my life. They have wonderful customers service but the food was horrible. The ribs and chicken wings tasted just dirty and rancid. The rice was also hard and old. Everything also tasted old and stale. I was hacking the food up because when that food hit my taste buds, BRUDDAS AND SISTAS!! my whole day changed….. I’m sorry they’re probably trying their best but their best will kill people 💔💔 you guys use to be the bomb. Hope it gets better for you guys....

I ordered the beef and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken lunch specials, both were horrible. The broccoli was over cooked, and the beef did not appear to be the freshest. On the note of meat, I HAVE NEVER SEEN sweet and sour chicken that looked like fried conch. The sauce was scorched and the chicken or whatever it was, was burnt. I was supposed to have ham fried rice. There were three pieces of ham and no veggies in white rice that was tossed in browning. Never again will I order take out from this restaurant. I suppose you get what you pay for. Both of these meals were tossed in the trash immediately as they were disgusting. It was a reminder to check my food before leaving...
