I visited this restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, the owner (a woman with a shaved hairstyle) already had a black glove on one hand. She took my order and payment while wearing that glove. After I paid, she immediately began preparing my food with the same glove she had used at the register.
I politely asked her to change her glove before handling my food, since she had worn it while taking payments. Instead of understanding my concern, she raised her voice, insisting she hadn’t touched money with the glove and that she had been doing this for 30 years. Shortly after, a man came out from the back, speaking loudly as well, saying “this is the kitchen area.” I pointed out that it was the register area where they handle cash and cards, not the kitchen, which is located in the back.
At that point, I felt they were ganging up on me instead of listening. I asked for a refund because I refuse to support a business that disregards basic food safety and shows no empathy when a customer raises a valid concern. They were so rude that another customer behind me, who witnessed the exchange, also asked for a refund.
It was shocking to see a business treat customers this way. Food safety and respectful service are essential, and they failed at both. The owner, in particular, could benefit from training in customer service and proper food handling.
Bottom line: never let someone angry prepare your food, and don’t spend your hard-earned money where your feedback is dismissed with hostility. I will be posting about this on social media to raise awareness.

The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. What struck me most, however, was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire establishment. 🌟
The menu offered a great selection of dishes, with options to suit a variety of tastes. I opted for the Steak Quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was great and the flavors were expertly balanced.
The service was equally impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations when asked. They went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable and that all of our needs were met. The owner is very friendly and takes great pride in the food and the establishment.
To top it all off, the cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. From the immaculate kitchen to the immaculate restrooms, every detail was attended to.

I ordered a chicken wrap and as soon as I took it out the paper everything out of the wrap came out . Now I don’t know if if they don’t know what is a wrap , I called the store to let them know cause I just left 5 mins ago . She automatically said no refund lol so I drove to the store so I can express my concerns. Soon as I get there I let them know a wrap is supposed to be “closed “, sealed , not falling out she explain to me that’s how a wrap is . So I go on google to show her McDonald wrap , Wendy’s wrap , there is nothing open about a wrap . It’s literally called a “ WRAP “ lol .
