Miami Grill — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

Today at exactly 21:39:18 which is 9:39pm i went to this restaurant and i got to the speaker the girl was beyond GHETTO AND VERY RUDE and wouldn’t let me place my second order so when i got to the window and asked for the manager the lady at the window said there wasn’t a manager so i asked to speak to the lady that was being rude and she threw her hand at me and walked off, the customer service are terrible at this exact location I’ve been going to this miami grill over 10 year’s and never had a problem but now they just hire any and everybody and the lady at the window told me the girl that was being rude name is TOYA if that’s true, and after i spent 57.75 my food still was not fresh how i asked, I’m going to make a bigger complaint than this because it’s sad we pay so much monet and get awful customer service and poor service of our food but I won’t be returning back so anybody reading this think twice before going to that miami grill, I’m 33 years old i always write good reviews everywhere i go this is the first time i ever wrote a bad review that girl needs to be fired and that’s my...

They don’t have a sign for Uber eats drivers. I waited in the drive thru 10 mins no movement at all. One of the workers came out when I parked the car to go inside she said it’s closed you have to wait in line. I wait another 10 mins & rolled the window down to ask if I can just get the order & she said you have to park on the side & go up to the window & claimed she had said that earlier when she didn’t. I go up to the window & they say it will take 10 more mins to cook chicken for the salad. Unless you have 20 + minutes to spare waiting at night I wouldn’t waste your time. Management should put signs up for delivery drivers so they know when they close inside, where to pick up, if they’re going to be providing orders through Uber eats then it needs to be more organized & deliveries should be priority. We stopped in for lunch at Miami Grill to the one on 441 up the road from the Hollywood casino and this is very possibly the cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time and the workers here we all very helpful and friendly. I can't remember a place like this that has all that and even on my influencer page with millions of views I don't recall writing about that. This isn't that page but I wanted to make sure everyone knows an easy to drive and an easy parking lot and a nice peaceful place along the highway is this Miami Grill. I had to go 2 more blocks to the Lehman GMC Buick store so I came here with the manager and I totally recommend this store. I didn't love the prices and I realize prices are high these day but I believe they can be much lower for what we ordered but the food and my sandwich and fries did taste very good and were made very well.
