"Today, I encountered a disgrace at Burger King that goes beyond just poor customer service—it's an insult to what we stand for as a nation under God. There was this long-haired, scruffy, tattooed guy standing at the drive-thru like he was king of the world, but instead, he's the reason this business is sinking. His tattoos, likely picked up in prison, scream gang affiliation—probably protection to keep from becoming someone’s pawn. Yet here he is, trying to intimidate customers and acting like he sets the rules. He refused to serve me because I was on a bike, even though my order CLEARLY stated 'bike.'
Let me tell you something: you don’t make the rules, you follow them. I don’t care if you’ve decided to play tough guy in your minimum wage kingdom, but I’m not someone you can disrespect. You’re out here slinging burgers, making milkshakes, while I build a legacy that will shake this nation to its core—an empire that turns heads, while you can’t even turn your own life around.
I stand as a customer, but also as a proud individual who believes in hard work, respect, and the values this country is built on. You’ll keep flipping burgers while my art and achievements fill stadiums, not just bank accounts. This isn’t just about a missed burger—it’s about the principle that we don’t let people like you tear down what good, hardworking folks have built. You may think you’re untouchable in your little drive-thru, but understand this: I’ll be back every day until you learn what true customer service is, until you realize that the people who walk up to that window aren’t beneath you—they’re what keep you afloat.
You want to play tough? Well, let’s see how tough you are when the weight of your arrogance collapses on you. I’ll replace all the dirt over your coffin with the money I’ve made through actual work, integrity, and the blessings I’ve earned. I won’t let you or anyone else disrespect me, or the values we hold dear in this country. Under God, we don’t let the weak of heart or weak of spirit destroy what’s right. I expect a resolution. I expect to be treated with the respect all customers deserve. And until I get it, I’ll be back, and you will remember my name."

Read moreI hope this is for the Burger King off of NW 2nd Ave. the service was beneath a poor rating. I wear glasses, unfortunately their monitor that displays the order was not working. My order came up to $18+change. Once I got to the window I asked to know what was I charged for. The $1fanta drink advertised was charged $2 because they ran out of $1 cups, but they charged me for it without saying anything. I made them take it off(they beat me getting mad/upset).Next she misquoted the price of the small onion rings as 1.39 when they were 1.99 each the medium one was over$3 so those alone were almost $8 bucks...she had to take them off, after that here's where it goes sour. She asks me to move from the window because something wasn't ready, I politely said no I will not, your timer needs to reflect that there was an issue and the display monitor needs to be fixed and this could have been avoided. The young lady said something slick and said to me,All you had to say was yes or no, I told her you can't tell me what to say in response to you,how dare you! As I was saying that she closed her window and walked away. When she came back with the food I said you can't give me nothing but your shift manager. Her response Oh! Refund, no problem. She expressed just how much she really didn't care about serving customers nor the business profits/sale. The shift manager Sherylynn, I think it was said refund, I said yes and let me explain why,the shift manager cuts me off say I don't want to hear it, I said no problem, your corporate office surely will. We went to the Burger King near 850 Ives Dairy Road and received top notch service. I would recommend the Ives Dairy location hands down. The NW 2ave location needs to retrain their Shift manager and associate or business will decline there. I can say that hell will have to freeze over before I go back to the NW 2ave location. Maybe the team at Ives Dairy can show them...
Read moreThey charged me more money for the items than was shown on the drive thru menu and when i got to the windowand I asked the price of the three items i bought the cashier confirmed that the price was correct for each item. (2 double cheeseburgers @ $1.99 each and 1 value fry at $1.49 each. For a subtotal of $5.47) I added the 7% sales tax myself ($0.38) and had the total ($5.85) exact change ready for him. He had no explanation as to why he kept demanding $5.96 and also refused to give me a receipt and tried to say the printer wasn't working even though my order ticket w/o the prices was stapled to the bag. It was only an $0.11 difference however this same exact scenario has taken place for me at least 4 different times now at several BK locations in the area in the last 2 months. Sometimes nearly a dollar more with no explanation as to why. One of the times I ordered inside and had to demand a manager to finally give me a receipt after waiting almost 10 minutes while receiving attitudes from the cashier and the manager, who asked me very rudely "So what? You want your 89 cents back or something?" (Which didn't even include the 6 or 7 cent difference after sales tax is applied.) I believe this is a deliberate scam that they are running, assuming most people won't notice or say anything and they pocket the difference, which adds up after several hundred customers...
