Larkin University — Attraction in North Miami Beach

I went to pick up my medication only to receive poor customer service from the assistant technician and the pharmacist. After more than 20 years of loyalty to this pharmacy, I made the difficult decision to move my prescriptions to Walgreens—only to discover that 12 of my prescriptions had not been filled or dispensed.

It is disappointing because when this pharmacy first opened, the staff showed compliance, courtesy, and genuine concern for their patients. Unfortunately, the current pharmacist and staff no longer provide patient-centered care. Instead of resolving issues, they create more problems, take matters personally, and ultimately refuse service.

Pharmacy staff should demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient well-being. Sadly, this location has lost all of that. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this...
