On 4/17/2021, my wife I drove down to this location from Hollywood Fl to order some food. While walking to the establishment we noticed a sign on the door that read, āonly 3 customers per time allowed insideā. We then decided to use the drive thru line in lieu of waiting in the line outside to get inside. I ordered two meals, one being grouper, shrimp and fries and the other being wings and fries. Paid $24.xx and then received in a bag two styrofoam containers of what we thought at the time was our meal that we ordered. I then drove all the way back to Hollywood, took a shower then proceeded to consume my shrimp, grouper and fries. Upon opening the first container I noticed it had three chicken wings and what appeared to be two pieces of fish. I then opened the second container and noticed it had wings and fries. Understanding that we are all humans that make mistakes I immediately started the journey back to this location to get what I paid for. I adhered to the āonly 3 customers allowed insideā sign and waited inline outside. Upon entering the establishment I waited inline as if I was there to place a new order. When I was called, I politely explained myself to the cashier, gave her the still warm container that contained the wings and fish. Said cashier asked me if I have a receipt. I told her no. She responded by saying then thereās nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor of some level and was told by said cashier in a very dismissive way that her manager was outside. Five minutes later, a person wearing the uniform of the establishment walked in the door. I politely asked if she was the manager, she acknowledged that she was. I once again started to explain myself just to be rudely interrupted by said cashier shouting out to her manager that my story doesnāt sound believable. The manager then asked me if I have a receipt and again my answer was no. Manager then asked the drive thru personnel if she remembered me. Drive thru personnel stated that she generally doesnāt remember anyone in the drive thru if the transaction was incident free. Manager then rubber stamped her cashierās remark that it sounded unbelievable. Manager then shouted out to, I guess the line cook to prepare a small shrimp and fries. I then tried to explain to both manager and cashier that I donāt think itās fair that the error/mixup was done by someone within the establishment and yet still Iām getting something less than what Iāve paid for and the treatment Iāve endured thus far. I was ignored by both. Few minutes later, manager shouted that the small shrimp and fries was ready. I took the order, drove to downtown Hollywood and gave it to a panhandler. Never again will I visit this establishment. PS:at no time did either the cashier or manager opened the container that contained the food in error in an attempt to verify my story. Instead the cashier threw the entire container in a trash receptacle. Iām a customer service manager and I say with no second thoughts that this team that represented the franchise needs immediately a crash course on dealing/interacting with the public. They actually need to close the store and get this training in. I clearly see how if I wasnāt maintaining composure how this couldāve spiral out of control. Franchisee I implore of you to get your staff some needed customer relation training or replace them with...

Introduction: In a world where the quality of service and cleanliness are crucial for the success of any business, my recent visit to Snapper's Fish & Chicken at 18312 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33169, was truly unpleasant. Unfortunately, my encounter at this establishment left much to be desired in terms of customer service and hygienic conditions.
Poor Customer Service: From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff at Snapper's Fish & Chicken lacked a welcoming and professional attitude. I was greeted with indifference and a lack of interest from the employees. My request for assistance was ignored for too long, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
Dirty and Decayed Conditions: The state of the facilities and cleanliness in this establishment also left much to be desired. The tables were sticky and dirty, and the floor appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, and the lack of maintenance was evident everywhere. These conditions are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about the quality of the food being served.
Conclusions: My experience at Snapper's Fish & Chicken in Miami was deeply disappointing. Poor customer service and dirty, decayed conditions should not be tolerated in any business. It is important for the owners and managers of Snapper's Fish & Chicken to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of service and hygiene in their establishment.
As a consumer, I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Snapper's Fish & Chicken and encourages them to take concrete steps to provide a more positive experience for their...

My issue was not the wait that was terrible service and the manager did not try to resolve the issue in anyway he simple directed me to come 9nside of a jammed pack dining area when I just waited outside on the drive thru because his cashier is incapable of taking orders and handing them out at the same time long story short I left &...
