This establishment do not speak or understand English. After an initial also several request for a particular item I was still given something else. Priscila put something in my food that gave a very bad taste left in my mouth. The worker PRISCILA is purposely putting way too much lettuce in my small sub box and wasting product that could have went on another customer’s order this is the second time she have done this. The worker Priscila have a problem with me shopping here and continue to give me a hard time she did not ask me my name. Toasted my bread when I asked for no toast but instead made my bread hard and still served it to me also put no pickle on my receipt without asking me. I added a picture of my sub looking much cleaner on the night PRISCILA was not there they did not added extra oil and TOO MUCH LETTUCE being nasty.. If this establishment do nothing about this something can happen behind her purposely being nasty with my request. Very bad service and the food is nasty.
Instead of the chili being soup texture it have a thick heavy paste texture.

   Read moreThe manager at this fire house clearly does not care about hiring employees that are willing to work and at least provide decent service. Not only are they rude, but they are extremely lazy and it shows that they don’t even want to do their job. The managers are not helpful at all and the staff is so rude. It’s very obvious they just wanna go home. I would recommend going to another fire house because not only do they take forever to make you your food but they don’t give you any sort of kindness or quality service. The employees here Will give you nasty Looks if you ask where your food is, and they are nasty too. They don’t know how to operate in the same blue line, and When lunch hour comes around they get very overwhelmed and are super slow. The manager is obviously hiring people who are just willing to get paid for doing the bare minimum, but it is affecting the business. No wonder this fire house is short staffed because none of the employees want to work and I’m sure the environment between the coworkers...
