Good food but the Service wasn't great...when I was ordering food a young guy up front told me about the buy 2 get 1 free option when i had just ordered my food as i was ordering on Thursday for the happy hour 50% off all sushi rolls. I will admit I made a mistake assuming that I could leave with it but no it actually says all the menu that you have to dine in for the discount which was fine for me. But what became an issue was when I got the check...3 different discounted prices for 3 different rolls which shouldn't be right the buy 2 get 1 free deal should have work here that's when the server went to get the manager which I assume she was gonna go get the younger employee who told me about the deal but when to get the manager. He then arrive to me without saying a word and just ask what question I had but I didn't have any questions I just assume that she went to get the young employee to explain what happened or what went wrong. He proceeds to tell me that i made a mistake for believing that 2 promotions can happen at once which is none of my concern I'm not the person running the business I believe the words that were told to me about what deals are happening or not happening. He gave off this attitude as if it was my fault for not understanding that those two promotions don't work together and believing what the younger guy said instead of apologizing for what that employee said, he didn't even bring him out to explain what happened or ask him what happened. I understand what happened tho the employee assumed that I was only interested in getting 2 sushi rolls not knowing that i was there for the 50% off deal that happens at happy hour and that the buy 2 get 1 free deal doesn't work with the 50% off discount. The manager was at least apologetic in some way about it and made all 3 of the items i got 50% percent off but it should have not happened and I shouldn't have had to pay for the third option because i was told what i could get by an employee and sadly it is none of my concern that any employee was confused about how certain deals work and what days they work on. I don't want anything to happen to the guy but they should be running the business a bit better than this...You need to try to fix your problems that you have in front of you instead of just running the business as usual as if...

Customers be aware!!!! if ordering from sushi runner. They have a scam set up on food ordering platforms. My experience happened on Uber eats plat form. Buy 1 get one free is only to purchase once. If you order more buy one get one free all other orders are regular price. This information is not disclosed on apps.They accepted our order then called us to tell us of issue in their exact words. The staff actually told us that they know that once accepted uber, uber won't cancel order. They also said they won't cancel and too bad if we don't like it. Watch what you order from them on any delivery platform. We actually only ever ordered sushi from there since location opened but never eating there again. As a person who tries to give google reviews when deserved this business definitely deserves this one. I recommend try someone else.--------- Im replying now 8/19/2025 to your reply sushi runner. You are wrong about that it is in uber eats plat form. I actually went in and just added 6 to my cart and its only charging me for three. You are very much aware of this. Iam adding a picture showing my proof. And no where on uber dates plat form does it say one time purchase. Its literally says at the bottom you are getting...

First time trying a sushi place such as this and honestly my first experience wasn’t horrible. When looking at the menu they was a whole side dedicated to vegetarian but not so much for the vegans. Once I asked the employee which items could be substituted or changed into a vegan meal he was a bit negligent on how certain dishes were prepared. I’m not saying he’s the chef and need to know everything but at least the basic what’s gluten free , vegan or vegetarian is a simple task and him not knowing put me a bit on edge . Nonetheless I decided to try “Tiger Roll” which consisted of items such as Crispy tofu, baked sweet potatoes, avocado, sweet potato chips on top, rolled in soy paper and it was phenomenal !!! The crispy tofu gave me the texture of almost crispy chicken which was ironic the addition of the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce was such a amazing fusion of flavors. I also had the spring rolls which were pretty good as well . Lastly was the tofu miso soup and that was subpar , I wasn’t too much of a fan but overall everything else...
