The best arepa de huevo or arepa de chocolo con queso, or arepa con huevos pericos. The best pan de bono, pan de yuca, buñuelos, roscón de guayaba y queso. The best chorizo. We visited this bakery for the first time and had a really disappointing experience. The woman at the counter was unfriendly and seemed bothered by our presence. When we asked about huevos perico (a common egg dish), she looked at us like we were speaking another language. We ended up ordering arepas stuffed with eggs, which was close enough. We also asked for a coffee and were given café con leche without any clarification or options.

The attitude we received from this employee was enough to make us decide we won’t be returning. No smiles, no basic courtesy. Management really needs to rethink who they have at the front. Not a welcoming...
